Interesting, adding some narration would help. I know these videos take time so I appreciate you posting. Is Coconut Grove in Fort Meyers or Cape Coral?
Many of variables when discussing taxes. Age of home, location, condition, etc. Newer construction has much lower rates and if you are not in a flood zone, you will save a lot of money.
You may want to discuss condo/townhome vs single family with a realtor familiar on the market and what's happening with those for assessments, insurance, fees, etc.. It's a nightmare in most areas of Florida for condo owners.
Fortunately, not as big of a nightmare as some people will project on people. We have many condo options in the area that are just fine and thriving. I have multiple friends and clients in condos that were midly affected after Ian. Yes, units like the ones on Fort Myers Beach may have bigger and longer lasting effects, but that is isolated for obvious reasons.
Interesting Video. First, I'm shocked that river front is available in Ft Myers for $1.6M. Second while the homes in coconut creek are twice the price of Sandoval they are also MUCH nicer homes. Probably better to compare against homes in Cape Royal right next door, which are generally nicer than Sandoval.
The golf course and restaurant already make them worlds apart. Then I would have to include the Landings and Gulf Harbor. Time limits keep the comparisons tight. Respectfully, the David Weekley Homes are every bit as good as the coconut creek homes. Location is the factor on pricing. Fort myers is just more expensive all the way around.
Great video. Had the pleasure to meet Mr. Cunha and have him show us homes. Great person and looking forward to our continued search.
George, I enjoyed our time together and appreciate you! Looking forward to getting you to your goal!
I absolutely love Venetian Palms in Ft. Myers.

Fort myers.....I was with clients.... hard to narrate
Coconut Creek is in Fort Myers
What neighborhood is this, Craig?
It's pretty sweet.
It's called Coconut Creek, in Fort Myers.
What's the home insurance out there? Average? Flood?

I was getting dizzy watching the first home. You were moving the camera too fast, causing me to have a dizzy spell. I couldn't watch till the end.
Can you do some condo or townhouse ! In advance
