Can you Please tell me now how is your experience after using more than 6 months. Actually My requirement is NOT just domestic and also I am planning to connect Office Work with VPN connectivity. Also i will connect APP and DB Servers with RDP. So do you recommend it. My Main intension is to get good Performance. Please suggest.

It's performance is consistent. Machine is quite durable. Performance depends on the processor. I am not performing any heavy task in this laptop. In video editing and rendering it's performing well.

The 3410 is good for you 32 ram i7 good to go
i got two of these with the i7 for 200 brand new they are super fast they are the entrance level business grade dell has the 3000 series 5000 series and 7000 series higher the number better quality mainly the cosmetics are whats cheap but good on the inside just feels cheap but i give 5 stars

Like i just bought 2 3420 i5 11th gen i put it side by side with my 3410 i7 and my i7 blows away the 3420
I have seen some models of Latitude 3410 that have backlight keyboard function on the “function key row”
Whereas, some of them don’t have this sign, it is not mentioned whether it has backlight keyboard.
Does this particular model that is used in the video has backlight keyboard.
If yes, then how can you turn it on ?
I think it's by pressing F5, if it has the function it will show a button symbol on the F5.

This is generic problem can happen with any laptop. This is issue of bios. Remove all eternal device then after pressing power on button press F2 button multiple times. You get bootloader settings opinions.

Dont buy this laptop.
My whole company more than 100 users, this laptop is crappy laptop.
Hang hang hang.. and few time, all sudden your work (which currently u using) gone without save.
And tge cursor key is totally stupidncombine with up and down button. Try use excel using that. Idiot..
My last dell product is about 20 years ago, is also a crappy desktop.
every laptop nowdays usually will crappy if you dont upgrade with ssd and add aditional ram
