This video is the benchmark for online learning, in my humble but educated experience. For example, there is no talking head that serves only to distract from the learning process. A minimalist approach that is focused on learning without a "real" teacher.
Clearly explained, thank you

How about if it’ll only count how many is in the selected range?
Question: How would you count the total cost for 2013, Oranges, using the countifs formula? I'm unclear what will come after the C2:C9,"=?") to give the total cost.
this is SO AWESOME. I just need to know one more thing: I want to add two COUNTIFS, and one of the values is multiplied by two. In other words, COUNTIFS the value is "s" as 1 and COUNTIFS the value (in the same column) is "d", multiply x 2 and add to the count of "s". I am so close!!
I'm trying to create a calendar for an online class. I want each month to show out to the side how many weekdays in the month. I've highlighted the squares that are weekdays, and those that do not fall within that month have a light gray fill. The squares that do fall within the month have no fill. So, I've tried: =COUNTIFS(C4:G14,"cells with no fill"), and 1 or 2 others (can't remember exactly because I already undid them) and I've tried COUNTIF also. The result keeps coming up 0. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Is the order in which we input the criteria important?
No
What if I want the cost for oranges bought in 2013
What if you want to use countif(positive numbers)-countif(negaive numbers)
Looked like it worked!
thank you
