How is the ventilation in basement do you feel suffocated or u require AC to be ON always? And how is the Monsoon in Toronto? Last year there was huge flood in BC province
Our basement had good ventilation with windows in all rooms and they were huge.
Ac and heating used to be on almost all the time

Depends on the area and how big is the basement. We were in North York so it was somewhere between 1400-1600

Keep one language, the person may know Hindi but maybe he didn't know English. The same way the person knows English but maybe he didn't know Hindi. So the video requires the person need to know both languages to watch.
