Yuk who did they have staying Bigfoot!! Absolutely right the linens haven't been changed and room not fit as accommodation glad you got the refund quickly, wonder if an oversight nevertheless not good enough. On a brighter note in last vid you were going to use your drone but weather was bad. If the sunshine reappears hope you will use it, loved your wonderful filming in Southport and Holmfirth ❤

In the 90's my sister had a friend who had a small hotel at the base of the Orme .We took our kids for a holiday when we got there on a nice sunny da she had her knickers drying on the radiators and was cutting somebody's hair in the dining room. lots of planks of wood and rubbish was piled against the dining room window. The hotel was popular and the food was ok. In the evening her father used to go into the guest lounge and hog the telly and glare at guests, no tv's in rooms then .I don't think people were so fussy in those days anyway the holiday went ok except our daughter got nits off the hat stall on the pier.
Under UV light you would see a lot more.
What were the roundish black bits as well. There was a few. Might have just been fluff!

At first i was like, oh that seems a nice hotel, modern fresh, what's the problem here..then you investigated the bed...i don't blame you for leaving and getting a refund.
Its a shame as I had an evening meal there and it was excellent.

Paul i have just watched you in The Post House Hotel. Absolutely horrendous, in fact i was speechless. I cannot believe that owners of places like this would have the audacity to invite clients into a place which quite frankly looks like a dump. What's all the more chilling is that they were showing you a room with a bed that had clearly been slept in, with the same sheets with body hair on them. It was a complete and utter insult to you, and to think that they were actually expecting you to sleep in that bed. Its insulting and also makes me wonder why the law is not tough enough to stop these cowboys. The people behind this were neither professionals or had worked in the hotel or guest house business. This is an absolute reminder that when we go on these sort of holidays that we check the rooms that we are shown, like you do. Most hotel and Guest House Owners i am sure, would be just as horrified as we are. You did the right thing.😡
Just watch this video what absolutely disgusting mess of a bed. I certainly would have stayed in that bed and that's to ring the hotel 50 days later to sort the reef of that a bit convenient. It went in after an hour after you run the hotel. I've never know booking agents to hold the money if it's been transferred back to them about the hotel and bros at the refund properly anyway, have a good day. Paul, thanks for showing us. Would have been nice if you did. Just finished off doing the bathroom though

You've encountered a couple of duffers around the £50 a night mark in Llandudno. Once a jewel in the crown of north Wales. I know we're in a cost of living crisis, but even so, the fastest way to lose custom is to drop the standards. What does it say about the rest of the hotel if they can't get the bedroom right which they allocate to new clients. You did right to decline it right away.

I wouldn't have stayed there myself as soon as I saw those corridors I would have walked out let alone looking at that bed
Sorry you had a negative experience here Paul, I don’t blame you for refusing the second room. As soon as you walked in and I saw the way the quilt was tucker under the mattress, I thought that bedding isn’t fresh. What was the price you paid? I know you’ve had a refund since but just asking a community question 😅

The worst hotel I stayed in Llandudno was The Whitehouse which was recently closed due to bad reviews. The cleaner came to my room stating he needed to clean it. I went out for half an hour and when i came back the whole room stunk, the cleaner must have had such a huge dump in the toilet. I also for the first time caught Covid 19 staying at The Whitehouse

Hi Paul good video absolutely disgusting pubic hairs all over bed linen quite clearly bed linen not been changed see hairs on the camera 100% right refuse stay in that room glad got full refund no point checking bathroom couldn’t sleep in the bed totally unacceptable from hotelier they should be ashamed of themselves offering you a room like that thanks for sharing sorry such an unpleasant experience for you.
If that was the visible evidence I dread to think of the bathroom and bed biological stains.. Id get a black light and check these places especially the bathroom. Gordon Ramsay always finds urine on the ceilings... Yuk!

Paul tell me how did you feel emotionally asking for a refund? As i know its got to be done and i dont sugar coat my disgust but it does spoil my holiday for a few days such an experience…i feel such a weasel doing it….
