    Thanks MiQuel, I tried these today and they were very good. I made some dipping sauce with Mayo and Sriracha Sauce and I really enjoyed them.

    I love fritters (any kind) these look good...but try not to over load it pan at one time or use a bigger pan.

      Delilah, you're right because it lowers the temperature of the pan so that means you have to turn up the heat. Even more I would have did only 3 at a time but it's him cooking so

    Yea! I use coconut oil too. Never vegetable or canola. Rancid

    Those are fish steaks he is using which is actually herring. I used the same brand, but it interchangeable with sardines.

      That's my favorite meal for breakfast, actually can be served anytime of the day, a hundred times better than those microwave stuff I see these people gobbling down. My American FAM love all these recipe's. Never give up, never give in keep on cooking up storm in that kitchen. God bless you abundantly forever.
