    Great technology, but there is one negative point in how it is promoted. Too much theory and very limited practice. You have posted five posts and you are see how interest falls, (35; 21; 20; 2.5 th. views). Why? Because every post starts the same way, the theory ... blah blah blah.... and minimum practice. The same thing in every post. You mixed theory and practice, not considering the level of users. The theory is useful for novice users, give them a separate post. And those who know what parallax is, need practice and practice again. Each new post is similar to "Groundhog Day"))) I am sure that users with experience loseing interest just for this reason. But I repeat - this is a great technology! I applaud while standing !

      Absolutely - the only thing you should be aware of is the furniture - that usually takes some tweaking until you find a perfect spot (e.g. tables, chairs, angled furniture etc).

    Just to clarify, we use horizon when the subject is touching the floor meaning the 2 layers are intertwined? And parallax is when the 2 layers are not intertwined?
    can someone plz explain?

    • @integnity
      @integnity  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, Horizon is for those instances where your subjects stand on the ground/touch the wall etc. These setups require 3D projection, therefore Horizon is better than Parallax for those usecases.

      Hi Rakib, that really depends on your animations. We have people from literally every skillset level, from total beginners through regular AE users to professional multi-national film studios using Photomotion in their productions, so it truly depends on the quality you are after. Photomotion is there to allow you to do photo animations in the highest quality and in the least possible time. It would be unfair to compare Photomotion to After Effects as it doesn’t do the same thing.

    Some things should be disclosed. Parallax is complicated after reviewing the tutorial I have watched it 5 times now and the guy talks way to fast. I consider myself intermediate level for using after effects but since you have your own tools from photo motion applied to AE it begins more complications when he shows what he is doing but expects us to know when we have never used a selection tool modified or a clipping mask clone stamp to remove frames. It does not need to be a 15-minute video but a 30-minute video as he does not say where he is all the time. Very frustrating.
    This is an amazing software and I am excited as most things work but your education tutorials on youtube are better than they are after purchasing the software.

      Hey Craig, we have several new tutorials available on our helpdesk, including newly released Photomotion Classes, which is a new format of tutorials (released weekly) that are step by step guides for different types of pictures.
      There are also full written documentations available on the helpdesk that outlines everything for every projection we have in Photomotion. You can use these as a reference every time there is something unclear in the videos. We made sure these written documentations are as thorough as they can be.

    Photomotion looks amazing. But having to buy a license per end product makes it way too expensive for smaller content creators like me. Having to spend $89 per TH-cam Video I want to use this in is not really an option if I make something around $5 on average per video. If there was a "buy once / use forever" license, even if it was a bit more expensive, this would be an easy purchase.

    • @integnity
      @integnity  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hiya, with Photomotion's license you can use the toolkit unlimited number of times for your TH-cam videos - with just one purchase.
