    I am confused. At the beginning the beneficiary didn’t want to lend the money and says give legal total to trustee. How does this help the trustor in getting the money needed?

    Hi, I think I'm confused. When is all this happening? (the trustor is paying beneficeary) Is this happening after the property was sold and the trustee moves in?

    Isn't foreclosure the name for when a borrower defaults on a mortgage? Not a trust deed? Also, do we have to know the timeline on redemption periods and time it takes to cure a default?

  • @lailadavids
    @lailadavids 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Why in real estate, they give so many terms for one exact same thing .
    There’s no need to create a “real estate gibberish dictionary ”
    One of the reasons I say this is because when we actually present contracts to clients, we are lawfully bound to have them written in short ,vocal words that they actually understand. LoL
    So we learn this stuff.
    And in the real world we can’t use it .🤯

    Does the trustee have to meet certain qualification I’m sure they do because why would they give the loan just because he conveyed title to the trustee

      I believe in most states there's a required number of hours you have to spend in class. Hope that helps.

    • @MimMim-hs2rs
      @MimMim-hs2rs 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Gabriel Polit whatever happened? In the state of Florida you have to have completed the amount of hours required in class and then pass the test for said class before taking the state exam. In fact, you cannot register for the state exam without that certificate of completion so I'm honestly surprised that you were able to schedule your state exam.

      A second mortgage would be one example. Also could be used as a security against a debt.

    Wish I could say this helped but you still used big words and concepts that were difficult to understand. No idea what a beneficiary or trustor or trustee are... Don't know what the right to sell part... Reconvey etc...
    Try explaining like I'm five years old.
    Like "guy wants candy and this happens" etc or something

    Omg..this is so hard to understand

  • @fp5495
    @fp5495 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I think the reason why the concept of this type of mortgage is that it's never explained what or who would be a trustee. By you simply saying, "a trust lawyer" usually is the trustee, I was like, "BOING, OH, NOW I GET IT"! Why are real estate saleperson study guides so badly written?
