I’ve heard it’s called “Grease Proof Paper” in the UK. It’s inexpensive where I live and found at the grocery store in the section where you buy food wrap. One side is wax coated and the other side is paper. Hope that helps!😊🧵🪡

I got the set (Dye-na-Flow Exciter Pack) from a local art supply store (BC Canada) called Opus. Here’s a link to Jacquard, the manufacturer’s site. There’s a Where to Buy button on that page that might be helpful to find where to get it near you. www.jacquardproducts.com/dyenaflow-exciter-packs
Using lots of water blends the colours to give subtle variations within an overall solid colour (in this case green). Not using water would make a multicoloured effect.
@@peaceofpi-studio I realised that it was the water but there were so many interesting colours at the start that I was disappointed that the effect was lost by the end - I was intrigued to see how you would include the spots of different colours in the piece. I regret the way I phrased my comment because I am really looking forward to seeing how the project evolves.

After heat setting it’s permanent. I haven’t tried washing but most likely washing in cold water would be ok. 😊🧵🪡
