for anyone considering buying this don't use it for prying or throwing because it will bend the tip. The joint locking system can take a lot of abuse and can definitely handle tasks just be aware of its capabilities
I have been trying to find this knife forever. Someone on 4chan recommended it over 11 years ago and I bought it. I used it for everything from household cooking to battony chop chop larping. The only thing it didn't survive was me shipping off to a basic military qualification and getting confiscated at the airport. I'll buy a second one now because no one has made a better quality knife for the price since.
People that don't own one of these buy one awesome knife I use mine EDC as a diesel mechanic I have broken up salt chiped through thick ice cut rags salt bags paper for a 27 dollar knife is incredible it's tough I here and there do spine wacks at work top and bottom the end result is no lock failure at all it's tough as anything.
Second this, working in the maintenance field, its been an edc for close to 5 years for me. Working in the maintenance field, when I cant use my flipper out comes the PB, this knife is tough as they come and keeps on tickin. Edge retention is very impressive as well.
Cold Steel I don't need any "new" reason to love your company and products (I own over 50 of them) but that comment solidifies my love for CS. Recommending a rival companies product!

Not good knife dangerous to close the plade and in uncomfortable to use. I baid this knife about 45€ and I was disappointed. It's OK for little use there and then but not good all time use because the handle.

Yeah I ran into that as well as long as you either put it left to right or go straight down to baton wood. This knife is tough as anything.
It would seem good for food prep and light bushcraft.

The knot on the para cord just failed after maybe 20-25 opening and closing out of the box . Also, the blade is not 3.5mm thick. its 3mm thick

No, but it is very strong and is designed by Andrew Demko who also designed the Triad lock. Great knife.
