There are 2 models with 4080 in scar 16 inch model. Which one is this? N4 or NM? I don’t think this one has mini LED. The one at ₹284k has mini LED. The flipkart link you shared is having nebula IPS not Nebula HDR.
great review I want this laptop most likely. Also looking Acer Helio 600 16 inch. I have acer 15.6 inches helios 300 from 2019 it's ok entry level for overall package entertainment but looking for the ultimate laptop yeah
@Raghuvaran thanks a lot. To your answer, there is a very slight backlight bleed near the hinges. That is all. For my question can you reconfirm by opening youtube and scrolling in multizone mode and can you see a slight change in brightness in the left grey part of the youtube webscreen. It gets brighter and dimmer. I am not operating in dark mode. If you don't I have to talk with my dealer
hey, how did you get dolby vision to work on your unit? I too have the scar 16 but for some reason dolby access app does not have the dolby vision tab.
@@GuidingTechReviews Yes, I even reinstalled the app from the store but no differences. Did you install any seperate drivers for dolby vision? The drivers page for this unit only had atmos drivers. I installed the dv extensions and codecs also.
@@ananttomar1865 I would suggest you to go with mini LED if the display has over 1000 dimming zones or else go with QD OLED. Normal OLED brightness is very low around 250 nits and and non of the Laptop display has QD OLED yet. So mini LED is the best option.

While scrolling in multi zone mode do you see zonal dimming and brightening rapidly?
Nope .. only blooming around bright objects on screen especially on grey background

Make sure you buy the scar 16 with Nebula HDR not Nebula IPS. The HDR one is ₹5k more than the base model

Since it is mini LED the zones turn off completely and you don't have any backlight bleed.
