They more than likely already exist and have for a long time, but we're not mature enough to handle them yet.
But will we have access to them before NDT stops interrupting and bringing the overall quality of discussion(s) down 6 levels?

The only thing i am certain of is that i have experience of hot. Thank God Chuck is not the "usual" comic relief in some of their past talks on a stage. I loathe how they interrupt a good discussion for a quick joke, and then end up changing the subject, never to be talked about again (on that session). Chuck is also getting smarter and smarter, and I'm here for that! You know it's gonna be "good" the redder his eyes are.

Speed of quantum computing don't change the robotic nature of the AI.
Quantum computer is still on the level of vegetable or protozoan, when we think about consciousness.
It cannot overcome the barrier that stems from the missing soul and the missing self.
Without soul AI can't dream and it isn't at the level of an advanced animal (consciousness).
Without self it isn't at the level of human (consciousness).
These are the two barriers AI can't overcome.
Possibly AI could imitate soul and self, if scientists and engineers would know, what those are, maybe.. Eventually imitation wouldn't be the same.
Growth of technology and reaching singularity-point in computing does not result in a soul or self. Both of those are from spiritual world. Material development don't result in them.

Beautiful! On the part of interstellar entanglement transmission however, our boys missed the simple tree for all the forest.
For the purpose of communicating on 1 to 1 particle basis from one end of the universe to another, only 2 things are needed to relay a relatively satisfying amount of information:
    1. The presence or absence of spin activity, complete disregarding state. Lets reduce it to a binary 1 and 0.
    2. The length of activity and pause in-between spin activity.
With high precision measuring instruments, you could morse code entire sentences and coded data sets with only the alternation of these two. For example the alphabet could be coded into the time of the pause between spin activations, for example:
Three rapid spin activations in a row indicating beginning of transmission
    followed by 10ms pause = A
    Spin activation
    followed by 11ms pause = B
    Spin activation
    followed by 12ms pause = C
Three rapid spins in a row indicating end of transmission.
Sentence transmitted: ABC - Morse coded and sent from one end of the universe to the other in about ~0.04 seconds.
For text based communication, more than enough. Of course the pause could be scaled down further and further to considerably speed up transmission speed, for data transmission purposes.

Sort of. When we build quantum computers, we are building to specific uses, and their application is subject to the benefits of the algorithms being use. Which is still an area of discovery. It's not the case that "quantum computers are better and faster", but we are seeing some quantum machine learning benefits (my colleagues at Quantum Brilliance are presenting on this topic this week in fact at ISC 2023 in Germany). So while this talk is... slightly fantastical... there's genuine but slow and specific progress being made.

There is an ability to integrate analog variable inputs and outputs; in the way we do digital computers today.
That would allow more to be calculated. Should be noted: there is an error margin doing it that way.

It's frankly weird to see him speak with another physicist and see him playing the opposite role where he is the one unpacking high level concepts and bringing them down to an understandable level.

Couldn't you potentially entangle a bunch of particles and separate them into two boxes - send one box across the Milky Way (or, wherever) - and then manually set the direction of your quarks to compose a message to have it instantly appear as its decodable opposite in the other box at an agreed-upon time? And if you can't agree upon a time, what about an answering machine? :-)
