Hello I have multiple Kayo 200's sold and I have yet to have reliability issues with them. Like any small engine preventative maintenance goes a long way.
Yeah it would have no problem driving around with you on it. Kayo puts weight limits on their atvs to prevent parts from wearing out prematurely but in my opinion you would be able to drive this atv.
The Kayo atvs are meant for youth riders so it might be a little small. But these atvs are very tough and will have no issue driving around with full grown people on them it just may wear out components faster than usual.
Kayo does not give a max speed on their specifications but it easily will go over 45 MPH. I was only able to ride it in the parking lot so I do cannot get to the max speed.

How far does it go without it running out in gas like how many miles
They don't have a gauge to show miles or hours so it is hard to tell, also riding styles vary so much I cant make a comment on fuel consumption.
sure would be cool if they made a full size sport for adults since Yamaha is the only one left making them and the price tag shows...

Can you explain why tail light goes out when you put headlights on?

I wouldn't recommend this atv for you as Kayo only makes youth atvs.
I have one and I’m 6’1 and 220ib and have no problems with it

That's a great question, I don't know that answer I would recommend taking yours out and there should be a part number on the bulb.
What size carburetor
Question why no zerk fittings for grease?
Many manufactures have gone away from grease zerks and started using a plastic bushing.

What fuel or gas do you need?
I always recommend non-ethanol fuel in small engines.
Is it good for the dunes ?
For a beginner rider it would be a fun quad for the dunes. If its really sandy I would recommend a sand paddle tire for the rear.
What oil do it take
Most of them run a 5w-50, but I always recommend you check your owners manual.

It appears it is located on the top of the engine. You may have to remove the seat to access it easier.
What’s the max rpm on the machine?
That's a great question, this machine doesn't have a tachometer so we cant see max rpm.

You will need to research your state and local laws. Most places in southern Wisconsin haven't opened up to off road vehicle's on the streets yet.
