We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this TH-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! All we are doing in these ebooks is sharing our experience of applying for PR ourselves / structuring and pointing you in the right direction via various different resources that are available on IRCC's official website. The TH-cam channel will compliment the e-book and add some personality and entertainment to the entire process :-)

@@ankitaahuja111 Calgary is not much different than parts of Ontario. The best thing about Calgary is that is sunniest ☀️ city in Canada so even if it will be snowing there will be 🌞 in the sky. It does get cold in winter but it just one week or so. So, you will not feel depressed similar to Ontario. Lastly I would say just do not guess. Go to Calgary couple of days and experience it. Lots of guessing in our life is wrong. People who wants to buy home Calgary is the best place as you can get similar home at 50% cheap within the city. Remaining 50% can be invested in rental property or Business. I am already seeing some of my friends and family members who work from home moving to Calgary and they all love it. We will see more of this trend in coming years.

Very dumb, encouraging people investing in different province than they're in, Please be sensible to know someone who's already living there needs a home, you're making money in Ontario, Investing in Alberta before even living or moving there, this makes house prices go up for everyone, exactly what happens in Toronto right now, chinese people investing money in real estate, bringing money from their home country. And here gentlemen giving advice to start investing in properties, in another province, wtf!
If you cant afford a home in Ontario, stop living there, move in provice where you wish to make your life, then buying a house there makes a complete sense, I see since couple of video of yours, you're falsly encouraging people to invest in property and make money in short time by reselling it, leave your current job and what not. This is not how you make money man, follow your passion, money will come along, fucking real estate is not everything in Canada to make money from.
In my honest opinion, people should make living of where they're currenlty in, stop influencing and giving false advices about investing in houses across Canada. Move to other province with the intention of living there.

I am currently living in Victoria and its a beautiful place but there is just 1 company here in Financial Services. If I want to switch I have to be in Toronto or Vancouver. Unless you are going to retire in 1 company it does make sense being closer to a larger city as opportunities are 100x.
For people who'll say there is more competition - you need to have a job to compete most provinces don't have enough jobs in all sectors itself to have competition.

Yes there are some IB jobs in some firms but all I’m saying is that for every 1 opening for financial services in Calgary there are 30 in Vancouver and 100 in Toronto. If the trends changes it ll be great. I also love the fact that taxes on purchases are lowest in Calgary.

Great video and great suggestions Divesh ji and Megha ji to new immigrants. With so many immigrants, following the trend of moving to Calgary in 2021 from all over Canada( not only just from Ontario), the house prices have jumped up. So the 1700 Sq ft detached houses in Calgary are now in the range of $600K++ and no more in the range of $500K. But still at least 250-300K cheaper than GTA area. Ppl are saying that Calgary prices will be matching Brampton/GTA by 2022. So who ever moves this year will definitely be the beneficiary. Navjot ji and Simran ji, you also follow the trend of other immigrants, become the first TH-camr to move to Calgary, so that all other youtubers can follow the trend. Remember “Trend is our Best Friend” 😊

I live in Calgary, and it's not that cold as people in Toronto or Vancouver have projected it. Weather is dry here and that doesn't make us feel too cold, and we tend to experience Chinook winds (warm winds) here...We enjoy sunshine throughout the year and feel lively all time... Much better than what people have perceived from real estate point of view.... It's so accessible to Banff, lake Louise and Jasper....

I really don't understand why people even talk about the weather in Canada. You are moving to the north pole so it's obvious a cold country...you can't be going out in a t-shirt in -10 so doesn't matter if it is -10 or -20...seriously people......

Cons of Montreal is French need for many jobs & weather is similar cold to Calgary. It is not as sunny as Calgary. After reviewing all cities Calgary is the best option right now in Canada 🇨🇦
