23:00 This realisation about having to be more present for the older kids and the tension you guys faced in having to navigate that genuinely and truly rocked me... Thank you Langa for being so generous in this conversation 💛

Yeah that was such a sobering thing... And it's such a great thing to witness the growth of a father along with his kids in real time... ❤

❤❤Another wholesome episode, looking forward for part 2. From Langa and his journey with wife Unathi and 5 kids I'm taking home the work that he puts in as a husband and what Unathi puts in. Marriage needs work guys , I hear how Langa shares that they set date nights every week just him and his wife❤. I'm reminded of the episode where Blaque shares how he and Lilly intentionally make time for dates as a couple. At times we tend to ignore our marriages and focus on our growing the kids❤
Thank you guys for this ❤

Ehhhhh yeah it's easy to just cruise and wake up 20 years later with an unhealthy marriage... You'll get it right sometime and you'll fail other times, the trick is to always be committed to getting up because you are committed to your spouse...

This podcast is doing fantastic work! It would be even more impactful to feature husbands alongside their wives. Showcasing successful marriages, particularly with young husbands under 50, could be incredibly inspiring for young South Africans. Many societal issues stem from a lack of strong marriages and two-parent households. Highlighting positive Christian marriages could resonate with a large audience and provide valuable guidance.

Very true!! We will definitely at some point get wives in and couples in general to enter the space cause hearing from both sides is so valuable. For now we really wanna focus on giving men and husbands or husbands to be the platform because it seems to often be in untapped area but will definitely head in that direction as well 🙏🏾

@@The_Dream_SpaceI love the focus being on Husbands, I love what I’m hearing and learning. I’m a wife and I benefit from these episodes and discussions. It’s nice to hear what men say amongst each other. You guys can add the wives but keep the main focus on husbands. Let men raise men. Blacks wife is also doing a good job representing the wives.

    Powerful Episode
    Standout pieces;
Kids change everything, we have two, and we really struggled with our first one who was born just before covid. When the second one came I think we were better prepared, the transition and all aspects thereof was a bit smoother.
Being kind to my wife. We are in our 6th year of marriage and there are still numerous instances where i fail to be kind and patient. She calls me out on it when it happens, but my goal is to get to a point where my kindness to her is beyond measure and boundless.
Being in a circle of married friends really helps. Having people you can share your struggles with who can also hold you accountable and be honest with you is a precious gift.
Date nights and time away from the kids just to be together keeps the flame burning.
We all change and evolve as the years go by. Trying to navigate that as a married couple can prove to be very challenging.

Loved it when he said, when children grow older they need their father's more than their mother. A light bulb went on that fathers need to be told and be ready for the molding and guiding of their children. Let's not be lazy to parent our kids the right way. Again it makes you understand your own struggles as somebody who grew up without a father/ father figure.

I wonder why channels like One Gospel not adopt shows like this without taking them away from youtube and also open for us to be members and contribute for enjoying such amazing quality content.

I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation. Thank you gentlemen.
I love Langa, I can listen to him the whole day. The first time I heard him was on an interview with Thami Ngubeni on Metro, many years ago. I was blown away....
In his interview he touched on sexual purity, and he shared about his journey to marriage. I gained respect for him immediately. At the time, he was one of the few born again men I knew who practiced sexual purity before marriage.
I love this brother and his wife. I admire their marriage, I love their convictions and how they have allowed God's Word to have ascendency and supremacy in their lives. God's Word is standard in their lives, and that is visible.
May his light continue to shine brighter and brighter for Christ.
Thank you Blaque for this platform. More grace to you❤❤
