Can I re-register my working DPF to trick the system into thinking a new one is installed and stop receiving the message on my car? It regenerates fine on its own, but I believe the message/light is triggered due to mileage ~150k (2011 x5 35d)

Hi OP. I don’t have micro filter under DDE > Service Functions menu on my E90, am I doing something wrong or is it else where in E90?

If I had my DPF deleted and downpipe installed afterwards, do i have to carry out exactly the same procedure? or something else should be done as well

no its far more complex, you have to go to a chiptuner they can flash your dme from EURO4 to EURO3 or 2 180€

What u done with ur deleted dpf filter? Did u delete faults or remaping?
