I actually haven’t trained this lift for well over a year and I’m pretty sure i wasn’t training this lift when i tried this max. I did get up 72.5kg as a 1rm when actually training the lift but no vid so didn’t really happen right
@@user-qy1qf6xn6s he has 2x 5kg on each side, that is 20kg if you can do math. 1x 10kg on each side is also 20kg. Then you have the bar also. 20+20+20=60kg

At what body weight is this? I am 86 Kgs, how much should I aim for?
I’m always 85kg give or take a couple kg. Generally just always aim for more than whatever you did last week. More reps or weight. Progress 💪
That looks like at most 50kg ?
60kg , its in the title
@@somefitnessdude5998 them plates are 10kg and 5 kg ×2 +20 kg for bar =50kg ?

My ceiling is quite low so have to stick to small weights for the press. Plates are 2x10 + 2x5 + 4x2.5.
I can do that too.
💪
Bet you cant!
I can do 60 I weigh 72kg
Nicely done!
