All things said and done.. Really impressed with the Scorpio N. Cost, comfort and off roading capability. First class..
It's a piece of cake for Scorpio N, Thar, Gurkha which they cleared it quite easily. Defender and Wrangler are two legends of off-roading
To be honest, I didn't think the Scorpio N could complete the whole course with such ease but it was a pleasant surprise. The one I am disappointed about is the Compass Trailhawk. Dude that's been marketed as the off-road version of compass and that's the best it can do? Anyway, a big thumbs up for Mahindra.
The tag of “Big Daddy” justified. !!!

I think N should be most appreciated here of all.
The Gurkha is the most complete offroad suv due to presence of diff locks and that too at kinda affordable price but it's ground clearance limits it, all it needs is a liftkit. The scorpio N is something I'd love to own but sadly my father bought a new car before the N and now it will be only after 5 or 7 years that we might buy another car and then I'd still look to the N. The most mature Scorpio.

Scorpio N wins the heart here , specially keeping in mind its price ! Kudos to Mahindra 👏👏👏 it seems it performed even better than or at least equal to its doubly priced Fortuner here! Basically the only 7 seater which performed well under 30 lacs.
Big Daddy is really a big daddy, Gurkha did it well as its having AT tires, Defender says 'ye kaha baccho k bich le aaye', fortuner as always ' white elephant'.
By the end of the video, my respect for everything shot up. The cars, the presenters, the crew and the editor. What an absolute bomb of a video.
Defender and wrangler are on the next level..
And also the price..

The real winner for me is the Scorpio N. Didn’t expect so much brawl after seeing Jeep siblings struggle and Thar get technical on the 1st obstacle. Atta Boy, Mahindra Scorpio! 👏 Tata, a lesson here. Get a 4*4 version of Safari.

Conclusion of the video -Thar and scorpio-n are blood brothers without a doubt!, The jeep compass trailhawk is a waste of money, the Gurkha, Wrangler, Thar and defender breathe off-road-ing and a bit of a bad luck for the fortuner as the rear diff was not engaging. 👍 Great video ❤️

In love with the scorpio N. Big daddy of SUVs without a doubt. Looks luxurious and shofisticated yet tough and a capable offroader. All the cars did well, but the scorpio was unbelievable considering its size and low ground clearance and road tyres. Very impressed by this car. 👏 huge respect for the Big Daddy of SUV.

Land Rover Defender is so smooth and effortlessly climbs any terrain.
I am in love with the Jeep Merdian, one of the best family luxurious SUVs India has. Although off-roading isn't my kinda sport, I am curious.

Best autocar video till date. Wrangler and defender are extremely capable - no surprise there. Jeep compass and meridian - not at all capable for extreme off roading which was quite expected. Most VFM is thar and Scorpio - great performance. Fortuner unable to do all the challenge was damn disappointing. All in all thar is the pick for me in budget. And Rubicon/defender is the best if you have stacks of money lying around.
Scorpio N with stock highway tyres does it like a breeze

This shows that Indian SUVs are second to none and are infact better than the more expensive foreign SUVs
You could also add awd cars like xuv700 and grand vitara and gave an impression on awd vs 4x4.... But ultimately this video is awesome..
Will go for the Gurkha, since its more pocket friendly with lesser electricals.

They should have tried obstacle 1 with Maruti Suzuki urus aka Spresso. I think it would float in the water and would crossed first test easily. Proving it that it has Suv genes in it.

Till 12:18 or Obstacle 1, under the ₹80 lacs price bracket, Rubicon did the best whereas under ₹30 lacs, I'd go for Gurkha & Scorpio N. I'm seriously disappointed for the performance of Compass.

Jeep Wrangler and Land Rover Defender are the Kings, Mahindra Scorpio N and Thar are the Prince but Force Gurkha is the one who is lurching in the shadows to fight back and make his mark. Honestly bit disappointed in Isuzu, Fortuner, Compass, and Meridian.
Would be a treat if you could feature the 3 Giant Germans- Merc, BMW & Audi. Need to see which Brand have better off-road ability and how they behave in such Off-Roads.
