Okay, this deserves a second video :) Granted, the 0.05% upgrade levels are torture, and it lacks the upgrade tier system (normal, rare, etc) but the grind doesn't look that bad. Wonder how the artifacts work and what boosts do they give.
I'm not one shoting - proceed to choose block chance instead of attack, I'm baffled by the number of time you didn't choose attack upgarde. Also when you are surrounded and there are clearly poison totem-thingy nearby you decide to go the other way.
I have to ask, but have you ever played Nordic Ashes? I feel like I've never seen it on this channel, and it's probably the best VS style game out there. If DRG:S is the most unique twist on the genre, I'd say Nordic Ashes is the most expanded version of the genre, as in, Nordic Ashes to Vampire Survivors, is like Elden ring to Dark Souls. A perfection of everything learnt from the original.
At first, I thought this is really slow and clunky. But with a little bit more time, it looks promising. I like the Dark Fantasy artstyle. Definetely has potential. :)
Its very nice to watch ofc we want more, game looks like in alpha stage, upgrade paths for sure will be changed at this stage movement speed and block looks like best non spells upgrades
I dont know if its because you playing and talking .but when you use the ice trap magic...you can kite the enemy to yout skill... Why you keep going away from your ice trap .since it have long cd 😂
This simplistic static meta progression most of these games have is so boring now days and can make the balance really wonky. I think just unlocking a bunch of new (and more wacky) "things" during a run based on achievements/quests/"drops" from bosses is still a better idea. If you really want that type of meta progression then maybe go a unique and limited talent tree that requires resources from full clears (ala Death Must Die recent update) or if you really really want this constant linear scaling for people that play your game for 100's of hours make it this progression constant but REALLY low though slightly increased in higher difficulties. (Say levelling up Character or better yet Glyphs you acquire and swap around at the start of a run)
this game is kinda new and need to add some more content or skill. like most buff from card that relate to weapon attack is just lame. you better just upgrade skill or +defend/pick up range.
You are giving me horrible flashbacks on sitting at the menu in New World, waiting on that queue and after a while noticing my room feels REALLY hot?!? Only to realize my graphic card is grilling and SHUT the game down fast and said NOPE, never waiting on queue for this game again 😂

How are you picking health and armor over damage and attack speed

Don't type dark fantasy in to steam 😮
Kind of looks like you could pop your potion in the cave and sit there until it refilled lol
yes, I noticed that in a follow up run xD neat little exploit
This has a Halls of Torment vibe to it.

Game looks cool, too bad it looks to much like rogue genesia
Who plays these games for the looks?
Why would that matter? Are you only allowed to play one game per art style?
Ich will mehr sehen!

the menue just runs with 1200fps grilling my graphiccard lol

capped the game through nvidia drivers to 250 frames
Nice 👌
The mobs hitting you with attacks and by contact with similar damage values made me stop playing. The skills are wildly unequal as well.
Oh, only for PC bummer. Looks like a copycat of vampire survivors, which is a great game.
Moooar
