He literally reminds me of my best horse ever! A Shire, Quarter Horse cross, 16.2 hh, size 3 custom made draft shoes, competion endurance horse, cow horse, trail horse, what ever I asked him to do - he did!!! The most beautiful shade of Buckskin, feathered feet from the knees down, mane & tail to die for! He was also a stud until he was 10 yrs old, passed away from old age over 30 years old! Never had another partner like him!! He was 1 in a Billion!!!

He looks like what I imagine as a war horse - formidable and relyable. It was a perfect decision to let your hair down after removing his braids. You DO look stately on him. I’m from Hawaii where you’d see pa’u riders - and you’d be at the front of the parade! Pa'u riders (pronounced pah-oo riders), are wahine (Hawaiian for 'women') horseback riders who wear long, colorful skirts (Hawaiian: pāʻū) and ... -- feel free to google it so you can see what I mean. What a handsome fella you've found yourself. Between him and Kyle you have the best of both worlds, right? A partner who is handy with things mechanical is such a blessing to a household. I had to Google this breed since I have never heard of it. I'm glad to see a breed that is bringing back some heavier bone into the horse breed. He certainly supports a lot of the characteristics of this breed so I'm sure your dollar was well spent as you certainly got a quality purchase. Congratulations on your new purchase. He literally reminds me of my best horse ever! A Shire, Quarter Horse cross, 16.2 hh, size 3 custom made draft shoes, competion endurance horse, cow horse, trail horse, what ever I asked him to do - he did!!! The most beautiful shade of Buckskin, feathered feet from the knees down, mane & tail to die for! He was also a stud until he was 10 yrs old, passed away from old age over 30 years old!
Never had another partner like him!! He was 1 in a Billion!!!

It'll depend on how well he advances in his training and Shae will know when he's ready for Kyle and vice/ versa.
When I first saw Light the Way, I thought he was totally stunning; in great shape, and an obvious willing to please. When the braids and tail were combed out (and yours too), I was smitten with that beautiful horse. I said, " If you don't buy him, I will (lol). I am so glad you bought him. I screamed and clapped my hands. (neighbors thought I was watching football, or something (lol). I truly look forward to seeing you and Light the Way together in many videos to come. There are lots of horses with great heritage gracing dinner plates.
Not everyone wants to get a horse for the sake of profit, that's why? As much as I don't like the idea of castrating animals, not everyone likes it when stallions do stallion things.

I had to Google this breed since I have never heard of it. I'm glad to see a breed that is bringing back some heavier bone into the horse breed. He certainly supports a lot of the characteristics of this breed so I'm sure your dollar was well spent as you certainly got a quality purchase. Congratulations on your new purchase. Now you have 4 feathered breeds in your barn. However, I think your new horse is the king of the feathers in your barn!
