Great FF project. My 72 is OSHA safety orange and after nearly 30 years is still with me. Stock CA automatic, Pro Charged P600B 4.3 V6 '96. 2001+ 383 V8 Solid roller stroker forged, 6 speed Tremec and Holley EFI, 50/50 2530lbs. I never got mine as pretty as yours but still the most beautiful car ever.
Lovely! A lot of work and the outcome WOW! One of the cleanest S30Z i have seen! Only thing that could be done better is the stereo install and that really is the only thing.
This is awesome, good job guys! Sometimes you don’t realize how much work goes into these restorations until you see it. I seen y’all installed the sub in the back. I put a system in my 510 and it’s cool but my z car sounds so good I’m not going to bother with it this time haha
If you are going to do one thing to a 240Z, (ok 2 things actually) bump the compression ratio to about 10:1, and put some 40mm sidedrafts on it (Dellorto>Weber) it makes for a punchy road car with much better throttle response that the Hitachi/SUs, and sounds wonderful.
Hey bro I seen that you got bc coils I want to get them for mine but I have a s130 so my question is would it matter if I get them for a s30 or is it a bolt on or like all of them you gotta weld them on and I’ve also seen that you could put on s13 coils plz lmk and fill me in or share some knowledge I appreciate if you get back to me
Hey man, I’ve got an S130 as well. The rears bolt right up. You just gotta drill holes in the mounting surface. On the front you do have to weld them. Just like the BC’s. It really depends on how much $$$ you got and what you’re doing with the car. If you’re going to track it and beat the living crap out of it on turns, get the BC’s. But if this will be a spirited daily driver with a pull every once in a while, the Maxpeeding rods s13’s will do. You also have to cut off a flange from the s13 coilover. Also you need to make cutouts for camber adjustment and whatnot. So not exactly sure what you’re gonna do there
@@erickdiaz5152 s30? That’s a 240,260, and 280z. Not too sure about if they fit the same. But I do know that the S13 coil overs can fit. If you want something different then get the BC’s for the S130.
@@erickdiaz5152 note that they aren’t BC’s anymore as for some reason they’ve stopped selling that line of coil overs. But they do have some other stuff that you may take a peek at.
Sadly soon all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.!!! (BABVVEN AND TEBBVEN laws)!!
