yo, AM2R music goes nuts with Warframe. Love the Hydro Station song. BTW I love Gas-Electric builds. All the things you said still count, but Electric can go wild because it doesn't hinder Gas' status procs. Once you cap Gas procs, your status chance is not being used anymore. Using Electric makes use of that status chance again. First of all, Shotguns have the Primed electricity mod to use so it's an huge increase in damage. Electricity and Gas procs are also special compared to other dots, because they both can headshot (but don't have an headshot multiplier, unless you run Ivara or Primary Deadhead), and most importantly their dots apply their damage as soon as they happen. Heat, Toxin and Slash all deal their dot 1 second after being applied. Electricity and Gas start applying at 0 seconds! They're immediate, probably because they're aoe dots. Maybe replacing either Primed Point Blank or Shotgun Cannonade for Primed electricity mod might be better, Gas procs are going to be weaker but you get Electricity procs in exchange which make use of your incredibly high status chance
@@NepetaLeijon yeah that was extremely lame, I got to play and finish it but who knows how a super refined version would have looked like. I might still have a copy somewhere as well, but I don't think it's unfindable on the internet tbh
@@KhristianBolano A group of people got together a few years ago and updated it. The last version before Nintendo cucked it was 1.1, but after some people picked it up they updated it a few times. It's smoother, better art in some places, more settings, widescreen, and many other noice things. I believe the newest version is called 2.1, though it might be 2.5. I highly recommend it, one of the best games I've ever played.
@@KhristianBolano I'm so glad someone noticed what the music was, and yes Hydro Station is the best thing since sliced bread, easily my favorite track in the game. The main reason I wrote off electric is because of the struggle for mod space, it makes it difficult to maximize the damage of the procs when you mix it with gas or blast, but pure electric isn't as good imo as just going for gas, blast, or heat. That being said, this was mostly because I focused on just the weapon. The idea you proposed of replacing the base damage mod could work well if you got the damage from somewhere else, like an arcane on the Warframe, or perhaps Chroma. Then you don't have to sacrifice your damage to get meaningful procs from both the mixed element and the electric. I do still think that outside of funny gas stuff, pure heat is the best for damage and consistency, despite it losing damage on acolytes. But tbh the weapon is so crazy that you can make pretty much anything work if you really want to.
@@Einzweig yeah the thing about Gas procs is that since they don't scale with toxin and heat mods, you have to increase their damage through raw damage. Shotgun Cannonade though already gives a lot of raw damage, Primed Point Blank may not give the expected damage increase since you're also already using Blaze. Maybe my experience is also different because I run Primary Deadhead just to increase the headshot multipliers of stuff that is not supposed to have one, this increases base damage by 330% as well so two base damage mods in addition to that would just give diminishing returns in my build

@@logisticrug5154 Perhaps. I did a video on it a couple months ago, but I'm not sure that any of the changes since then warrant different builds. I'll look at it and see if it's worth the update right now.
After I wrote my comment about the Strun Prime I had asked around a bit and maybe you can rate my current build: riven with 124% ms, 1,46x to grineer, 98% cc, -98% impact Hunter munitions, primed chilling grasp, semi shotgun cannonade, galv savvy, galv hell, primed ravage, critical deceleration and vigilante supplies (no space for galv acceleration unless I get a new one and use it on lvl 10) I do use primary frostbite and also a Hound companion with cold and radiation who keeps my 40 stacks up all by himself but obviously I get stacks through my shotgun as well. Any suggestions on what to change on this build or keep it as it is?
@@firetroy1 There are a few problems with this build, the main one being no clear intention of it. You have hunter mu mu, but then you go for high cold damage. You also have galv savvy, but that only works on the direct hit, not the explosions. Cannonade isn't bad, but here it's unfortunate because it means you can't build firerate, and low firerate on weapons with hunter mu mu means inconsistent DPS. I can't recommend what to run though because I'm not sure what it is you want the weapon to do.
@@Einzweigthanks for the quick reply! I just want a general build honestly that I can run for everything except like lvl 2k plus enemies cause I rarely play at very high lvls

@firetroy1 In that case I'd give the second build I showed in the video a try. Very heavy heat setup, it has decent upfront damage, massive DoT damage, built in armor strip with the heat status, and because it's using cannonade and big damage per shot the incarnon mode lasts a long time.
