    So nice to hear someone feels the same as I do with my second pregnancy Amy! Also finding this one much harder on the body, more tired and achy, put on more weight and all that. Your workouts are such a help though and make me feel so much better, so thank you!

    A bit easy, definitely would try 5lbs instead of 3s.
