    I have been watching your prenatal workout videos since my first pregnancy. Now I am on the second one, 36+ weeks. I tried to look for some other channels but didn't find great videos like yours. Love!!

    Thank you so much! I'm sure you never imagined how 2020 would end up but I am so grateful for these videos! I just hit 36 weeks and it's been really hard during quarantine to find amazing pregnancy safe workouts for all trimesters and skill levels! So thank you so much for these❤

    I loved this exercise and all the comments through out the workout. Dismiss the negative comments mentioned. I think this workout is simple, but with how I feel, this workout seems to be the perfect amount.

    Awesome video! Thank you for being so thorough with explaining moves and making them pregnancy safe. It makes me more comfortable when doing the workout! I have watched and done many of your videos and love them! You look great and are an inspiration, keep em coming!

    Good exercises but too much talk and no flow. (And it was even a short video with soo much talk!!) Better just “do”, movements weren’t complicated, I never got in to any flow... waiting for the talk to end. Silence is important.

      Silence isn't good for someone who doesn't know much about working out and what not to do. I find videos that don't do much explaining, I get lost or end up doing things wrong. Silence can be damaging and even dangerous.

    I can't understand you, it is enough to add at the beginning of the movie that you don't take responsibility for exercising women and you wouldn't have to explain and apologize to each exercise, I think that if you don't want to do it, do not exercise. You speak the same about the advanced version as you finish the exercise, so why are you talking about it ?! you talk more than you practice for me, it makes no sense. I don't do more because I want to practice and not to listen all the time

      You have an option to watch the videos or not. I find her talking and explaining to be helpful as someone who is always worried about form especially at 30 weeks pregnant. A little kindness would go a long way. Consider the way you phrase your comments. It is ridiculous to have so much negative feedback for someone providing you with free workout videos. There are tons of options. Find a different one you like more.
