Presenter Bio
William J. Rothwell, Ph.D., DBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, RODC, FLMI, CPTD Fellow is Distinguished Professor in the Workforce Education and Development program in the Department of Learning and Performance Systems on the University Park campus of The Pennsylvania University. Before becoming a professor, he had nearly 20 years of practical work experience in OD and HR in government and in a multinational business. Since arriving at Penn State University in 1993, he has established 3 consulting companies, 1 personal care home for the elderly, 1 motel, and 1 company to rent vacation home. He is author, coauthor, editor, or co-editor of 164 books and has presented 1,600 talks on every continent except Antarctica. He won the 2022 OD Network Lifetime Achievement Award.
Aileen G. Zaballero, PhD, CPTD is a senior partner of Rothwell & Associates (R&A) with a dual-title Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Comparative International Education from Penn State. She has been a Certified Professional in Talent Development since 2009. She led a project to examine instructional design competencies; was a researcher and subject matter expert (SME) in developing a competency model and career map for the Advance Commercial Building Workforce (ACBW); and was part of the team that developed ATD's Talent Development Framework. Aileen recently co-authored Revolutionizing the Online Learning Journey (2024) and the Successful Supervisory Leadership Series (2024 and 2023).
Farhan Sadique, PhD, SHRM_CP, CCSP Farhan Sadique is an Assistant Professor of Adult Learning and Leadership at Kansas State University and Chief of Research at Rothwell & Associates (R&A). He holds a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Pennsylvania State University, along with Graduate Certificates in OD&C Essentials and Consulting Skills from Penn State. He was recognized as an Emerging OD Practitioner by the Organization Development Network in 2023. Dr. Sadique has trained over 300 professionals and authored several books, including "Revolutionizing the Online Learning Journey: 1,500 Ways to Increase Engagement" (2024). His innovative training methods, such as micro-learning and simulation-based role play, effectively bridge the gap between theory and practice.
