I watched a couple of his 1v1 casts... He's an awesome play-caster and he's amazing in Micro and early game harassing. He seems to always fall apart with mid-late game as he hasn't gotten the timing right for T2 Transitions and T2 economy scaling. Once he masters the t2 timing and mid to late game economy... he will rise to be one of the best. I am sure that as he re-watches games like this, he will learn and significantly improve... In the top right of the map, when uthermals tank was firing at the ground, was him A-moving that group, telling them to shoot the ground instead of the tanks. In Bar, right clicking IS the sc2 equivalent to A. Once uthermal gets another year in he will be scary.
Damn that was touch and go around the time of red T2 transition, but he managed to just send enough harass groups around the map to clear out blue bit by bit
Saw this match on his channel. For now he is a 1 trick pony ;) Super micro and knows how to build tanks or bots. T2 confused him, imagine what he can do once he figures out the game proper.
will mines detonate if friendly units move over them? do the mines show up on radar? if they do show up, if you order units to move do, they avoid the mines?
Mines will not detonate on friendly units. No they do not show up on radar. Units will not path to avoid mines, You can fire at ground to kill the mines even when you cant see them. or you can use mineclearing tools (juno defence or the minelayer unit)

at the moment not as easy as you would hope. In peak time theres normally atleast 1 1v1 lobby on the go. some times it takes a little while for people to join. But there is regular torneys and an event called Fight night thats 1v1 that takes place every saturday.
Once uthermal figures out the economy side of things, his multitasking and micro are going to make him a monster BAR player.
Indeed can't wait to see it

That was tense. Uthermal (cram) is really loving this game and originally a Starcraft 2 player.

That makes so much sense now thanks. I've never really played much sc2
Yeah it takes some time to mentally remap A-move to F-move
I made the same mistake first time I played BAR, I tried to a-move a group and they all fired at the ground 😅
love to see uThermal in Bar :)
So this is Uthermal without caring much about learning the game.
I think I saw this game on his channel... Very good game.
Got home from work and treated by this cast :D thnx

indeed, im surprised Red managed to hold on long enough for that transition to pay off
Ooof: even uThermal has learned that (2:16). Shots fired! xD
Fr tho - a great game and a great cast. Thank you, Requiem!
:D I ment that in a good way. It was something the pros started doing and even uthermal who is knew has learned it already
@@Requiem_tv Yeah, I know of course, just joking :)
SPOILER AHEAD:
uThermal overflowed metal most of the game xD dude that is like being supply blocked in SC... and no t2mexes is a dead sentence.
That was a fun one
nice
I was hoping Uthermal would win, but am glad he lost, meaning he has still to grow for his road to nr 1! 😁
Indeed still room to improve. I'm looking forward to seeing him play against the top players

can't forget what you've never known

Fight nights are on official BAR discord
biggest thing on both sides was not making bots. should be making bot lab and rez long before going t2

In SCII, it's an A-move so it fire on that aréa in BAR.
Uthermal need some time to do F-move (on BAR) during all the game ^^
