Tom's voice aged pretty well. Some (like James Hetfield) kinda lose their voice and are forced to just go with what they got. Others (Dave Mustaine) lose the voice that made them iconic, but can find something else that works really good for them (compare Countdown to Extinction to Dystopia). Tom's voice is still just as fresh as back in 1986
its crazy to know that no matter what you do in life it will never be as awsome as slayer playing live. btw this song sounds better live than the studio version, the bass is heavier.
