Safety tip!! I'd recommend leaving a window open when you're using your propane stove! I think it converts oxygen to another molecule not good to breathe (I think it's monoxide?)!! I loooove your content, and we want you to be safe!!!! (People have propane stoves in their home of course, but in such a small space, ventilation is extra important.) Of course, I could be wrong, but maybe double-check the safety requirements of that little burner? Another wonderful and beautiful video you've created! I live in Washington state, and you've given me ideas of places to go!
You are correct. When you burn propane, fuel oil and wood it releases Carbon Monoxide. The fuel she is burning does not have the additive to warn one of the build up and is infact odorless. That's the real danger

Wherever life takes you, or you take life, the memories and the TH-cam videos will pay dividends forever. So bravo! My young adulthood was so dull by comparison. Last time I was at the Tetons was 2004, in a Miata with my Samoyed, Gidget, riding shotgun. I can still flashback to that trip like it was yesterday. It was after that x-county trip that I got my '04 Element, which I still have and will keep forever. Have been debating whether to drive it across country (I live in DC) next spring or get a new rig (truck w/canopy & rooftop tent). Happy trails!
Nice Rosa, those mountains are incredible. I have a couple of those inflatable solar lights, they just go on and on. Mine are so old the sun has bleached all the printing off them, but they still work great.

A set of all terrain tires would 1: look awesome on Elrond ;p 2: be really useful in those sticky situations+ some are 3peak mountain rated so no more need to change tires 🤪🤘 great video as always 😁
I live in that area and I can assure you that all-terrain tires would not help. ("All-terrain" means that they are not the best at anything, they are a compromise.) That gumbo-mud is hard for dedicated mud-terrain tires and 4WD to deal with.
I have that same anxiety, I can't stand people waiting behind me. I rush myself and then forget things or just leave and wait for the perfect window. I always have to take a second trip.

This is gonna be a bit weird, but i find that sleeping with my head behind the front carseats instead of near the back window helps with noise when its a very loud storm. Have you found it to be too noisy at times with your head at the back end of Elrond?

@lifeinmyelement The type of vehicle and what insulation..or sound deadening might be a factor too. When I'm parked near traffic..I need a small USB fan running for the white noise. I can barely hear thunder or rain from above. Anyone parked beside me benefits from my snoring "white noise"....we'll at least until they move to the other side of the lot. Um....ok. Loving the vids!
