Hey, thank you for taking care of the campfire that irresponsible campers left behind. I want to thank you, and also tell you a quick story to vent. Hope that's ok! :) I was following a car camping TH-cam channel about a year ago. And this person was camping right around there -- dispersed camping near Grand Teton. She set up camp, left all her food and kitchen supplies OUT, and went into town for a few hours. When she came back, she found all her food and food prep stuff was "stolen". She made a video about how she was "-- robbed car camping --" and it went viral. Her food, her cutting boards, her spices were all "stolen". I went to her Patreon to suggest a "bear-wise camping" brochure, that maybe her food was *confiscated* by a concerned party. It is grizzly bear country. And literally everything that was "stolen" from her campsite was on that list of stuff you're not supposed to leave out. Incidentally, the "robbers" left behind her nice chair, her table, and far more expensive things. Anyway, she ignored me, and her irresponsible victimhood video got her 1000s of new subscribers, and over $1000 in super thanks donations, plus over a 1000 comments like "people suck" "sorry that happened to you". I thought it was so obvious that some concerned person removed the bear-attracting food and kitchen stuff, and she was just not aware of the safety rules. She could have owned her mistake, and helped make her subscribers aware of responsible camping in bear country. But instead, she made a ton of money on a viral victim video. Thank you for being the OPPOSITE of THAT! You're awesome. You make the world a better place for us travelers. And thanks for letting me vent. I know you'll understand. Nice mod, Elrond!
Remember, half the people in this country have an IQ under 100. Kind of scary but stay strong as we have more good people than bad even though some are highly under educated. 🤔 And it isn't getting any better.
Huh, never heard of this video (but I also don't really watch camping channels, unless it's people I am friends with)! But I hope it was a mistake and she really did think she was robbed! A lot of people who haven't camped in bear country just don't know the rules about food🤷♀️ I've had a couple tents and chairs stolen from free camping sites, so I just never leave anything behind anymore! That's usually what people steal, not food... lol
Do your thing baby, nobody can criticize you unless they walked in your shoes,I highly recommend a tree hammock tent though ,it folds into a ball the size of a softball and can provide outdoor relaxation and rest when you are on a far hike..

Amazing Vid as always, Rosa. You show us places with beautiful backgrounds. I might get laid off soon but you're videos are helping me get through. 😊 Oh and you forgot this 👑
People (in general) can be very careless and irresponsible when it comes to certain or a lot things. Not putting out a camp fire is so dangerous and causes so many problems. Crazy thing is, we see on tv about uncontrollable fires that get out of hand from our negligence, but the scenery was beautiful.
If you love High Fantasy stories you should check out the Sword Of Shannarah series by Terry Brooks. Or the Song Of The Lioness series by Tamara Pierce! Always a pleasure to meet another fantasy nerd.
Wait there's not even an internal rear hatch release on or around the dash when sitting in the driver's seat? That's what I dig about my 1st gen CRV's. You can just halfway climb forward press a button and the glass pops. Then you reach over and grab the handle from the outside to swing the rear door.
No, there's literally nothing lol the Element is so bare bones with everything. The only way to open the hatch is to walk to the back of your car and open it! (Until the mod, obviously) 😊
@@lifeinmyelement Well at least you have Honda that really doesn't lose much value at all with age and mileage. I bought my second 1st gen CRV in Sept 2019 and I can sell it for more than I paid for it right now. It's hard to beat the reliability, gas mileage and decent off road capability.

Keep up the great work. In element love it. Love my 2011 choc element camp many nights in mine n loved it.
Those mountains are breathtaking! Me being a Florida girl, I DREAM of mountains on the daily and have tattooed on my arm 😂 But Phillies and the Braves are going down this year… LETS GO RAYS… WOOT WOOT!!! 😂❤
Hey Florida has some pretty views as well! The humidity almost killed me but the rest was lovely 😊 and nahhhh PHILLIES ❤️
Your videos are so relaxing. I feel a little bad kicking back on my couch wishing I can make you garlic bread because I have everything here and can whip it out in the air fryer but you know I can't do that because I'm in Arizona and it's been 11 months since you made this video 😂
Poor Elrond. He'll never be the same.
He's stronger and happier now that he can breathe 😊
He's the new and improved version!
You have the best wood stacks!
Also, the sharing of wine between recipe & cook is reminiscent of the great Cajun chef Justin Wison. If you've never heard of him, look him up, he's a real charge!
Beautiful scenery ❤
You should have been a spokesman for Honda elements, you got me wanting to buy one.
They would need to start manufacturing them again.
@josephdover198 yeah that's why I said should have been. God bless you 🙏
They must be kinda cool though they have a club or following, only cool, exotic or expensive cars get that.
That's my plan 😊 I just want everyone to love this car as much as I do!
@@lifeinmyelement like I said last time you are fun to me you might not know it but you can cheer people up, well you do me ,keep it up we need people like you, I was going to stop watching social media.
Amazing Vid as always, Rosa. You show us places with beautiful backgrounds. I might get laid off soon but you're videos are helping me get through. 😊
Oh and you forgot this 👑
Oh no!! I'm sorry to hear that... I hope life gets better for you soon ❤️
Dinner looks YUMMY
People (in general) can be very careless and irresponsible when it comes to certain or a lot things. Not putting out a camp fire is so dangerous and causes so many problems. Crazy thing is, we see on tv about uncontrollable fires that get out of hand from our negligence, but the scenery was beautiful.
Very true! A lot of the time, people just don't know and think it's okay to leave wood smoking!
9:03 Wine in a Can??? Breathtaking views ❤
I didn't want a whole bottle! So a can of wine had to work 😊
@@lifeinmyelement nothing wrong with one can at a time 😉.
Real is so cool, keep them coming 😊
Your video cinematography and editing is excellent
another great video those locations are amazin💯🤟
I love the tetons ❤️
Beautiful sunrise! +Brian
I feel that if the strap to close the hatch should be on the right hand side of your vehicle, so that you don't have to reach out that far to get it
It's attached to where they secured the bracket for the handle!
How did ya find that camp spot it's beautiful
Honestly no idea, I've been going to it for years! It's a favorite of mine
Night night Rosa and good morning ❤London Lee ❤
Omg let me know when you make it to the dragon! I don’t own an element but I live in my highlander in NC!
