Nice home, although some of the funishing / furniture is a bit dated and out of context with a 'modern' interior. Flooring plan can be better utilised as well. Not sure about the 3.5 valuation. Still very nice home with comfortable features and natural lighting. That garden area is the real gem.
Nice house, I think if someone bought it the space could be better utilised by reconfiguring the floor plan. Seems a tad too expensive for what it currently is though.
This is lovely! I would totally live here. My grandchildren would love to sit at that table having their dinner looking over the pool. I'd have liked to have seen more of the other areas as well. Also, noticed in the past couple of videos just how pretty Jas is. I much prefer her more discreet dress sense to Summer's as well.
The owners are incorrect about the swimming pool floor. When I was a London nanny 35 years ago I took “my” toddler to a birthday party in a huge London house that had the adjustable pool floor. It was brilliant for the toddlers who splashed around in about 18 inches of water, before the floor being lowered for older kids and adults!
Mmm, this is the thing with large, fancy windows and vaulted ceilings, etc they are tricky to clean. I've been in properties with glass roofs, they quickly become filthy and hard to reach for cleaning.
Oxford will be pioneering the extremely draconian 15 minute city concept. A decision made without public approval or consent. Wonder how that will affect property prices ?

Honestly was so excited to watch this what might have been one of the best houses to see on the channel. exterior design was unique but the interior seemed too cheap wasn’t expecting it at all, furniture and design so outdated. My Airbnb business would be booming with this one though haha
Guys. No offence, but the work tops you keep referring to in lots of your tours aren't marble. It looks like it, but they're actually quartz/man made material. Loads better them marble and a hell of a lot stronger
The property is quite unattractive both inside and out. And the layout is quite complex with a warren of small rooms on different levels. The pool looks like a maintenance nightmare. There are numerous different styles inside. And those brown carpets just look grim. The whole place needs a makeover.
With all the tiles around hope there is under floor heating else these cold days would transform the house into a cold room very good for keeping you fresh like a vegetable
Another great house and you guys do a fantastic job showing them. I know it’s down to the owners granting access but noticing lately there are areas of the properties and grounds that you’re not showing so it feels like we’re left with parts we haven’t seen. Would be great if they were truly all access.
gorgeous house and extension. if theyre going to show it to real buyers with 3.5mil in their pockets id suggest cleaning all the skylights.. spotted a few mucky one :)
Not true at 6:30 I'm afraid. Someone else had it in their London home well over 15 years ago.. It was owned by a British supermodel which aired on MTV cribs many years ago.
Yesss! This was the comment I was looking for! I just made a comment about this too but couldn't remember her name. Thanks for pointing this out. My gosh why did the owners have to embarrass themselves like this by lying 🤦🏾♂️
The house is actually good But they ( designer) don’t know anything about the design; they could make this house like a palace or something like a really modern home in Los Angeles.
Im sorry, I dont like this house at all, it does not flow, looks disjointed and who wants to stand in the kitchen, looking into an indoor pool? Furniture etc, is awful looking.
Agree, not sure what it is but doesn't quite work for me either. Not convinced the extension matches the main house and the shape and size of the rooms 😕
Nice let’s spend all that money on a house and we can’t even take Next Door around the Christmas card we will have to go out and go round and then come back on ourselves with all the road rules in Oxfordshire
Don't like the kitchen, or the dining/pool set up. The house needs to be refigured. The skylights were already gathering debris (probably bird poop in the mix), which is a nightmare to keep pristine. Like all the grounds though.
These properties are not self-sustainable are they. I wonder sometimes about planning permissions. Why so many architects and property developers are allowed to design and build without self-sustainability.
Those indoor swimming pools are so STUPID! Go for a jog instead, and then sit in a hot bath~from a former member of her school's swimteam. yes I love a good swim workout---but not in my HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree
Oxford is expensive and you're paying for all that land the house sits on.
Honestly, looks nice from the outside but the interior is just a disappointment. There's no cohesion.

Really nice home, love the indoor pool and secret cellar.
Been on the market nearly a year..you can get quite a lot more for that price in the surrounding area. Lovely house though 👍

7:15 WOWA!!!!
For £3.5m I want the windows cleaned first 🤣 and the mirror in the principal suite.
Mmm, this is the thing with large, fancy windows and vaulted ceilings, etc they are tricky to clean. I've been in properties with glass roofs, they quickly become filthy and hard to reach for cleaning.
@@James-BB70 the first thing I think of when I see vast expanses of windows is "hmm, keeping them clean will be a huge blooming chore".
Beautiful modern house with furniture that doesn't match at all. The wooden traditional dining table looks totally of the way.
This house has so much potential but some areas look so old fashioned.
For 3.5 million price tag first impressions are critical so I was surprised at the hardscrabble entryway.
This one is unfortunately overpriced for where it is . Also state of the interior does not help to price it this high.
Oxford will be pioneering the extremely draconian 15 minute city concept. A decision made without public approval or consent. Wonder how that will affect property prices ?
They don’t want anybody to own anything, let alone property
Oxford residents need to r3bel against it

Nice house in the ground floor and pool was lovely. The rest was a bit mah.
Needs updating a lot of it is tasteless for that money you could get a lot better
What a stunning property! I spent a couple of months living in Oxford back in 2019 too, it's a gorgeous city!
Guys. No offence, but the work tops you keep referring to in lots of your tours aren't marble. It looks like it, but they're actually quartz/man made material. Loads better them marble and a hell of a lot stronger
Nice house. Great location too.

Really lovely property with good flow. Not massive but a good balance. Only question what makes it worth 3.5 m? It's overpriced by a million....
With all the tiles around hope there is under floor heating else these cold days would transform the house into a cold room very good for keeping you fresh like a vegetable
What a beautiful house. Shame it's in oxford.

@@sdcraig I wasn’t talking to you but thanks for that 👍🏻
Now this looks like a 3mil house woww 🤩👍
Year it’s nice but I wouldn’t touch Oxford with the impending bogus climate lockdowns in 2024
It's PERFECT--just get rid of the pool
Y u guys don't mention specs of the home in the description...?
Very nice.

Love it so much.also love videos first comment
Good evening
Nice but well over priced
Would make a decent Brazzers film set
So expensive but can't treat that wood cladding lol

super
Anyone else kind of miss Matt and Summer? No offense to Tom & Jass y'all are awesome too
Nope. At least Jass knows her interior design stuff. Decent vocab too. Summer only made up her own words, like bespokely 😅
@@EmmanuellaUdofia haha but that was the fun part about this channel. It's all a little too serious now
A secret room UNDER THE POOL---It sounds like a JAMES BOND set up to kill the villian---maybe not so perfect
How can I get 4000000£££
Really 🤔 Tamara Beckwith Had That Pool In The Early 90's In Her Basement, So How Old Is That House Then?

25 Guests!
For once i’m actually very disappointed with the interior of a property. Looks incredible from the front but it definitely flatters to deceive.
The house is actually good

I'm not keen on the layout don't get me wrong it's beautiful but it's just a be weird I'm not feeling it
It's like a Clinic for rich people! Not a home!
Am short of 3,400,00
Agree, not sure what it is but doesn't quite work for me either. Not convinced the extension matches the main house and the shape and size of the rooms 😕
Please make videos duplex in london centre
Well this was very underwhelming.

Not sold on the interiors..sorry!
Would suit couple with 23 children😂
the extension looks terrible

Extensi9n is hideous from outside!
I think this house should have been staged. Would have maybe helped the appearance? Seems a bit dated.
I thought that, some of that art and furniture was a bit yikes
These properties are not self-sustainable are they. I wonder sometimes about planning permissions. Why so many architects and property developers are allowed to design and build without self-sustainability.
What the hell do they want a secret room for?
shame looks awful everywhere
Looks like an old council house with those terrible dormer windows in the roof. Looks awful
The interior doors did it no justice
Pretty horrid garden with Astro turf too
Those indoor swimming pools are so STUPID! Go for a jog instead, and then sit in a hot bath~from a former member of her school's swimteam. yes I love a good swim workout---but not in my HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
way overpriced for what it is. Way too small for £3.5 million. You can find much bigger and better for much cheaper.
Where? In the Philippines?
First
awful. ROAD NOISE was just really BAD... no thanks !!
