To me, this is the best house for the price so far. Much more homely and lovely than all the ultra modern houses with features nobody actually needs. An indoor pool is a a nice feature for the price, a whole huge vine cellar is not needed. Wish more developers realized that.
Although I cannot afford any of these houses but I’m here for vibes 😅

What a stunningly beautiful house, there isn’t anything I don’t love about it. Well presented tour and really showing of all of the great rooms and spaces. Gorgeous secluded garden and plenty of garaging for the 2/4 wheeled toys. Ok I’m sold I’ll take it, I’ll just check down the back of the sofa.
Corrections: New Forest is a National Park not AONB and the horses and cattle are not wild, they are owned but have free roam of the park.
In fact they are not horses.They are Ponies. I live in the New Forest .
Since we're 'um, actually' correcting things: The hotel style bar is not opaque it is translucent (just not very).

Goodness, does the whole of the garden really come with the house? The exterior is brick, then the inside surprises you. It's modern. The bedrooms are a dream with the curtains open.

Go to the new forest all the time the horse comment was completely logical. It’s widely known how wild horses can enter estates and properties
Yes, that is true but they are New Forest ponies not horses
I thought they were rounded up each year, and some of them are sold as pony’s to be broken in, so the New Forest is not over run with too many, like on Exmoor.

My constructive criticism is that you should have researched more about the New Forest as a location in order to sell its uniqueness. The cattle grids are installed to prevent the “wild” ponies, deers etc from accessing and damaging the property - they are not installed to prevent pet dogs from escaping lol. Cattle grids outside properties in New Forest is very common for that reason. Secondly, they are not New Forest horses, as they kept saying, they are a specific breed of New Forest ponies! Do your research so you can promote the location of this home properly! New Forest is a very special place.

Tom and Jas, spectacularly excellent job!! The best video for a long while. Pretty near all that an expected buyer would want to see and know to attract interest. Loved how the house was massive while still feeling cozy. Definitely value for money!🤍 oh and thank you for making the effort to take the walk through the back garden; this really gave the full scope of the property. Well done!

Nice house but Lyndhurst in the summer is a nightmare for traffic. Other less touristy places in the New Forest that I'd prefer to live.

Beautiful part of the country. It's such a shame, as there's so much more that could have been done to enhance this property. Not keen on that line of three standard 'up and over' garage doors set within a building that is essentially an annexe which only helps to detract from the property. Nice garden though.

Even if someone bought this house with raw cash, it would cost thousands per month to live in it, bills etc, Tom and Jaz should explain this.
It's not their job to do that they show you the property and tell you the price , plus im 100 percent sure that any person that buys this with "raw cash" is able to pay the bills

Are the homes you profile being sold turn key? If not more knowledge and illumination on the properties than on the present owners things would be appreciated. Like kids in a candy store rather than professionals. Light Saber didn't really add anything.

Matt should change the colour of his socks, they show up the dirt underneath his feet, light brown socks would be ideal as the colour of the socks will blend in with the dirt making the dirt unrecognisable.
