I have had acne since I was 10 years old. Now I'm 20, and my skin is much ok. I have used many soaps, creams and antibiotics, but did not see any improvements. Recently, I just started to implement this ( *AcneCureOnline. Com* ). Getting good results so far. I will continue with it, if it seems good further.?

I have acne too and it always looks worse to yourself than it does to others. My acne's improved a lot but got a lot of scars and honestly tired of wearing makeup, so I don't anymore. It's freeing to not care about the gazillion scars I have.

The gal who uses proactive is being duped. That stuff is HORRIBLY fragranced and can make acne worse!

My acne was sometimes a blessing in disguise when I look back, as I had to cut out all sugary and greasy foods for a long time. As a result I never gained weight. While most of my colleagues were struggling with weight issues, I could fit into clothes they only dreamed about . Also my acne cleared up eventually too.

This is awful. Let’s promote chemical peels and meds and harsh topical agents. Not one mention of changes in diet.

kara germano I changed my diet 100% and have been vegan for over 5 years and was raw vegan for 1 1/2 .. it still happened to me. Hormones are balanced. Sometimes, acne just happens. 🤷🏼‍♀️

You can have the healthiest diet and still break out. I know many vegans who have terrible acne. Worse than I've ever seen actually....

@@shaylabaker1002 “You can have the healthiest diet and still breakout” well yes, but don’t forget that 47% of acne sufferers have SIBO which worsens their skin, and that is mainly caused from excess sugar and crappy foods, so a healthy diet does help a lot. I get so many pimples just from eating greek yoghurt alone. Its not just about “breaking out” or not, the severity of these breakouts obviously matter, and diet makes it significantly less often/severe.
