This looks like a freshly born baby. 4 days after birth you should do your first wash to allow Microbiome development (very important) never allow the umbilical cord to get wet. No bath products until baby is 4-6 weeks old. You could dry out the skin using products which could cause an infection. Just use water (depth 10cm) temperature 37 degrees and a wash cloth. Wash the head first (as seen in this video) then dip the babies toe in the water so it’s not a surprise to the baby. Then wash everything with a wash cloth. Baby gets cold very quickly so keep that in mind when bathing.

My baby was bathed in hospital 36 hours after birth. Umbilical can get wet, as long as it's not submerged & it's dryness is maintained 😊
