How would you sell a player which dont have the wanted icon on him?
When the player isn't wanted yet, the main thing you'll have to is start driving up the interest of the other teams. Here's what you can do:
- Boost the player's rating by playing him in your easier fixtures
- offer him for a small fee. You can reject all the offers since it's just a small fee, but this notifies the other clubs that the player is 'on the market'
- if no clubs are interested in a permanent sale, try offering the player out for a loan with a mandatory or future fee

Is There any solution to get more money (non negotiable) for high influenced Players who want to leave and will disturb my team if i reject those offer?
There's a couple of things you can look at:
Do you want to keep the player?: Usually using the dialogue option which refers to them being highly influential works like a treat to get them to stay.
Is there interest from other clubs?: You can reject the current bid and offer the player out to start a bidding war.
Another option is to discuss a minimum acceptable fee with your player. Usually you can agree on quite a reasonable fee, and that prevents them becoming really pissed.

Do you have a solution to get a huge wage off my team ?
I have neymar still on a one year contract with a huge wage but no one wants to sign him...
Assuming you've tried the tips in this video, there's a couple of things you can still try:
- Try offering him out on loan with a wage contribution as high as you can get. It won't get rid of all his wages, but at least some of it will be covered by the other team
- Try offering him a new one year deal with a wage cut
- A bit more risky depending on how influential he is in your team, but you can try completely pissing him off, which would make him more amenable to an outgoing transfer.

Why do you even need to sell Maguire?
I've used Maguire just as an example in this video, definitely not necessary to sell him in your save!
i have a question, why my player got 100% of the transfer fee instead of my club?
There's three things that I can think of that might be at fault in your situation:
- The player might have a sell on percentage in his contract, meaning that a certain percentage of his transfer will go the player.
- When negotiating the transfer for bringing the player into your club previously, the selling club might have negotiated a future percentage of the selling fee, meaning that whatever you sold the player for they will get a certain percentage of it
- your club might be in a bit of financial trouble, which could mean that you only get a percentage of the transfer fees back into your transfer budget, even going down to 0%!
One or more of these could possibly be causing your problems!

Is your question if you should use minimum fee release clauses? If so, I would advice against it, as it takes away your power to negotiate even higher fees. But let me know if I misunderstood your question?
