While In BN5 and BN6, they are exlusive to one version. With MMBN5 Double Team DS's Slot 2 Feature and MMBN6's Beast Link Gate (or Chip Gate Homebrew if you have the equipment), you can use these chips in Team Protoman & Gregar. In Battle Network 5, this double hit effect works with LarkMan, GridMan, Bass (Darkness Overload), ShadowMan, ShadeMan (during life drain), Blizzman (rolling ball), Toadman (Toad Slap). Enjoy!
As a kid who remembered BN3 Bass' Get Ability Program I always assumed thos chip was called Bass Analysis and that he gained the Hell's Rolling attack by using Get Ability on a darkloid. Discovery it was actually Anomaly a few years ago made me very confused!
The other one is just as good since it can boosted even higher than Bass anomaly and is only stopped if the opponents are over a hole or temporarily invincible.
The thing we personally understand the least has only appeared in one game. Armour. Like other things in the first game, as far as we understand, only has three of the four elements as options. Could you add armour to your TODO list of things to cover?
Armor is simple though, you just take half damage while it's equipped, except from damage of the armor's element weakness. So Heat Armor takes half damage from everything except Aqua damage, which will do damage as normal.
I always called it “Bass Anally”
Bass what now
@@ota3933 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
So did I
Also affectionately known as wheely Deely Bass by absolutely no one but me
Imma start calling it that
"Battle Network 4 Re- Blue Moon" 😂

Always used to call it Bass Analy as a kid
Anomaly?! I thought it was like anxiety or something! All this years thinking that lmao
RBlue Moon

For some reason i thought it was called bass analysis
Some deadly way to analyze things
One of my favorite battle chips, i aways read as bass anly thinking wtf was a anly LOL
So how many people didn’t know what “Anly” meant?
I certainly didn't I thought it was some obscure word that has some negative implication like spite hatred or maybe anger
I did not know about the double hit. Daaang. In BN6 that might work on beast out really well.
I feel the double hit was a big/weird interaction they decided to leave in
I like this one more than the default Bass chip. Feels like a much better boss killer.

I just called it Hells Barrage....since y'know... he's shooting out multiple hells rolling shots.
Love the review: "It's.. pretty good"

Honestly I prefer his earth break from BN3 over the rings
