Bought mine from a US Air Force pilot. 2014 model in Oct. 2020 with only 2800 miles. I modded handlebars/mirrors/added fly-screen, heated grips, already had exhaust/seat/tail tidy. Tried a cafe style look and very happy with it. Looks like you sold yours last year per comments. Still rides smooth as silk, 3500 miles now. Ride safe!
Nice Bike! Mine is also black with 20000 miles. Mods are Power commander, Arrow exhaust, Renthal handlebar and Cafe Racer fairing and Mirrors. Love it.
puig windscreen. got it on Amazon. The fenders can be bought at samurider.com or webike.com both companies are located in japan check out the cb1100 forum for more info
I am looking at this exact bike(Stock). How effective is that particular windscreen. If I get it...I definitely do NOT want a full size windshield. the Chrome Fenders would have to go as well! Great review...thanks.
Nice bike. I prefer the looks of these retro bikes - what I dislike most about many of the new designs is what they do with the rear fenders. I had CB 750s and a Kawi KZ 650 and 1000 back in the 80's and much prefer that look compared to what's coming out today. Often see guys running and revving bikes on side stand... I wouldn't do that personally. The oil pump is on the right hand side and it's not doing your bike any favors
Daytona seat bought on Webike in Japan. Fenders could be bought same place or samurider. Most aftermarket parts have to be bought in Japan, not a big market in the U.S. I don't have the bike anymore. Sold it two years ago.
Hi from Cleveland ! I bought my cb1100 last week and already started to custimize, could you pls tell me what size are those tank pads?? I figured out they are Techspec but i can not find the correct size for our bikes..
you won't find the right size. They don't make them. those are for a Bonneville. Don't jump to fast to customize everything. see if you like the bike stock for a while first. I ended up going back to stock on some things. Went back to stock mirrors and took off the tank pads and windscreen.
I did some sandpaper on chorome surfaces, blacked out fenders and attach a black grill on headlight . The original parts are so high quality i didnt want to change any of them but the last touch in my mind is rubbing the fuel thank with sandpaper, spray with matte finish paint to get nickel look and put tank pads just for sides. My bike is 2013 model with red fuel tank, paint itself is so quality but i dont like the black and grey stipes on it... If you have any advice im all ears!!
J C No, two years ago that was the price before tax and tags. Now you can find them around 6999.00 but dealer may hit you over head with fees. Their is still a couple new ones out there.
Cafe is a style, has nothing to do with the bikes natural rake. You can cafe any bike or chop any bike or bob any bike. Whether you like the looks or not is completely subjective. Anyway, I got rid of this bike and moved on.
Koobe Cafwercs what kind of moronic statement is that. if there wasn't a demand for it they wouldn't have done it and I love the blacked out look as well as many others I've talked to.
I found one of these models with 2272 on the clock. It's a fantastic bike. I get complaments everywhere I go on it.
I finally pulled the trigger on one of these bikes.... and I absolutely love it. Rides like a dream.... just need to get a windscreen...

Wow, beautiful bike. I'm a big fan of the Nighthawk 750 and just love what Honda did with this CB1100. Great buy and great mods!
Nice Bike! Mine is also black with 20000 miles. Mods are Power commander, Arrow exhaust, Renthal handlebar and Cafe Racer fairing and Mirrors. Love it.
beautiful bike, glad you didn't have any music playing over the exhaust sound like most other videos.
the wind screen is very functional. takes a good amount of wind blast off chest and still have that naked feeling. it's cheap so worth trying out.
I got one of these. LOVE IT.
Good looking bike. Nice mods.

One dealer is selling a 2014 New Left Over for 5800 bucks. Is that a good deal?

Is this a good bike for someone 6'1" and 250 lbs? Is it comfortable to ride on long rides? How about cornering?
very nice!!! Greeting from Germany. Chris
Great video, I like your taste.
Did you have to remove the center/maintenance stand for the exhaust?

Front end sticks out to much to be a cafe
Cafe is a style, has nothing to do with the bikes natural rake. You can cafe any bike or chop any bike or bob any bike. Whether you like the looks or not is completely subjective. Anyway, I got rid of this bike and moved on.
no disrespect and like your ride, but Honda should have never blacked out engine .
Because no one likes blacked out engines... fuck's wrong with you man...?
Jim Deecken i love my blacked out engine. of course i love my mag wheels too. im a kid frim the 70s and 80s.
Koobe Cafwercs what kind of moronic statement is that. if there wasn't a demand for it they wouldn't have done it and I love the blacked out look as well as many others I've talked to.
The remark was a sarcastic reply to OP...
