In MD most town rooms have basements as well. This one should be low $400s with no basement .
I can understand that. In the next city over from Austell which is Marietta, you can’t find any new construction single family homes under $500k

Yes it is somewhat narrow but I am seeing this pattern in a lot of new construction townhomes nowadays. Especially the tall and skinny properties with 3 levels. Thanks for commenting!

Agreeable Gray is popular in MD too and in my house ! The owner closet should be two closets. That one was not big enough at all. There is no basement ?

What material is the countertops in the kitchen made of? Quartz? Laminate? Just curious since surprisingly, the floors seem to be a laminate or a composite. For this price range, this home doesn't seem to have many lux features.
The countertops are Quartz. Since the price of land is going up so quickly, builders are using cheaper materials where they can. This type of flooring is now common for this price range. Would be a nice touch of luxury if it came with a Burberry bag in the closet.
Honestly, I would choose our LVP (vinyl plank) floors over hardwood any day of the week. They’re quieter on dog’s toenails and I don’t have to worry about spilling water.

Not a lot of square footage on the main level due to the garage. If you don't mind the stairs, the 3rd level would make a great secondary living room/ rec room. Thanks for commenting!
This house is the architectural equivalent of unseasoned grits. Semi-functional if you’re skinny. I like how none of the bedrooms are all the way up on the third floor. Don’t expect to fit two cars in that garage, but nobody in America uses their garage for cars (besides me) anyway. I bet if you 86’d that awful dated gray and swapped out some of the builder special finishes, it would make a much lovelier space.
Sorry it took me so long to respond. I am still laughing about the unseasoned grits haha. I am receiving mixed reviews about the floor plan. You gave me a pretty good idea, however. On new construction homes I will do a fit test and park my car in the garage to see how much space is left. Thanks for commenting!

Location, location, location. Any where else this beautiful home should cost $300k at the max. But those are decent schools and a safe area. I would love this home but it’s way out of my budget. At that price point I’d want a single family with the same finishes. Good tour.

CLOSET IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR A COUPLE. I'm a guy and I know that.
