I live in the Pittsburgh community. I bought a duplex as an investment property and have an Airbnb in one unit. I didn't know anything about this area before the purchase. I just wanted something closer to the West End. I would definitely like to connect to others in the area and would be down to cleaning the community and getting more involved. @marcalexander6450

One thing I keep scratching my head at is she claims if she wins she's going to lower taxes for the lower/middle class... her whole campaign is "being for the lower/ middle class" problem here is there is no such thing as "giving". All the great things she claims guess what....cost money and where are they going to get that money🤔.... Taxes... quite literally every promise she is making will cost the lower/middle class more in taxes. She knows it but she also knows most of her peak audience are simple minded... Her and biden had 4 years to lower cost but did nothing but raise cost and spend trillions of tax dollars giving money to foreign countries.... theres basically no money to help out the places devastated by the recent hurricanes and the people who have lost everything in our country, but i bet you there will be a spare billion tomorrow for ukraine. yet some of the hurricane victims because not everyone impacted will "qualify" will get only $750 from the government.... let that cook in your pea sized thought tank for the brief moment yall can keep concentrated on a single subject....but don't worry give her another 4 years and she'll do it....right?. Yall are nothing more than pawns in a game of chess. And when we all fall she'll just use us as a stepping ladder.

What is that black circle on the floor in the living room? I saw it in a previous house as well. I absolutely love that the kitchen island is so big and that there's no sink in it which always takes up so much work space. I think that for the guest bedroom the bathroom can be reorganized to have a shower. There's definitely space for it, though I think that the architect and the builders could do a slight change in the floor plans to make it a bit bigger and include a shower next time. The primary's closet is huge and I would add some cabinet island in the middle for more storage so there's no space wasted. Also, did they really put shelves over the door to the crawl(?)/storage space on the left? It's a lovely house and pretty well designed so it's spacious and all the space is used well.

I own a much bigger house in Marietta... ain't no way in hell... that house is 800k!🤣

Layout of the house is good for me. I’m older so a primary on bottom floor is great because stairs can keep you younger to a point. Future thinking is required. I don’t understand builders not finishing basements! That’s a BIG expense to finish it! So price is too high if I’m having to build a basement and fit it out properly. I’d take out that single door, put in a slider! I’d also HOPE they PLUMBED the basement for all possibilities of electrics and water, because I DO want a kitchen down there! I will say I love the configuration of its layout. So many love modern but it’s not my thing. This house lacks any character. Moderns are just a box. I also don’t trust new builds watching inspectors online, as they point out ALL the MANY shortcuts they take-it’s a travesty!!! I wish you well, your video is well done. I cannot begin to tell you I laughed so hard at the closet-is this enough for you or you need more space?😝🙏🏻 I’m not a regular woman, most my life the men need more than I did or do! I really like that the floor in the main rooms is the same. It kind of gives this funny illusion that the floors came first and then the walls. Also big kudos to the person who designed the kitchen for not putting the sink in the island. It's something that should be a golden standard for all the houses since sinks in the islands took so much of a workspace. As for me, parents bedroom on the main floor is a good thing considering the privacy both for them and the kids. I really hate when I see only one sink in a Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, especially when there's enough space for three or more of them. It's not like they would bathe together, but getting ready at the same time and sharing one sink is a horrible idea. I wonder why the bathroom-joined bedrooms got such a small windows pushed into the corners which makes them kind of dark. It feels weird because that side of the house is facing the backyard and there aren't any houses there. Oh, the basement is massive! I can imagine that space being turned into an apartment, either for family members or for renters.

I think that the pantry is in the corner next to the space for a fridge and the closet next to the mudroom space is coat closet. I really like the countertops in the kitchen. This type of countertops are not only durable, but also their color makes any stains or little damages practically invisible. Also that peninsula is so huge and gives so much work space for cooking, especially since there's also a sink there. In many houses peninsulas/islands which have sinks are small that there's barely any work space. The master bedroom's closet is huge! Definitely for two people. I also like that the bathroom for the secondary bedrooms not only has two sinks, but also shower and toilet are separate. Thank you for the tour! ❤️
