My special needs son really likes antiques like that one! He says they don't make them like that anymore but wishes they would or will someday with no microprocessors in them just pure mechanics and simplicity.
This is a real nice grader. The hardest part on a single rear wheel is if you hit a rock, a piece of cement or a branch, the blade leaps and ruins your beautiful grade job. All you have to do is watch, don't go too deep and take your time. Great video.
impressive, thanks. Like !!! I videotaped a Cadet Roller that has been at sea for 70 years. The company is Austin-Western. Look at the quality, enjoyable viewing.
I purchased a Austin Western Grader S/N 5529 do not know the model # however it looks exactly like is in your video it has a 4 cylinder gas engine --Engine S/N# EUBHM14978 --Starter is missing can you possible help me --The fly wheel is a U shape--I am wondering if your engine is the same type

Real nice, i can see the advantages of a tandem less fish tail, and it goes over lumps and bumps better, thanks for posting and sharing.

Yes having a single rear axle makes things a little more challenging. Butt it is doable!
