Austin did not get an actual ticket. He even says that it was from the HOA. No police officer wrote that. For one, ticket’s aren’t printed on computer paper using a printer. The HOA can fine the homeowner and can call the police but it’s absolutely not the same thing. It’s just another example of him twisting the truth so he gets the most attention. 🙄
I’ll take it one step further and say he printed it himself because it says you don’t belong here or live here and he probably does.
That’s why he’s pointing out everything in the RV is new so you won’t question why it’s not being used!

When this whole thing culminates into their getting back together video, check the local sale apps and find pictures of a brand new RV with all the plastic wrap on everything and it listed as brand new! 😮 unless he’s actually just leasing it from a lot with an agreement to use it in his video and not actually stay in it and it’ll wind up right back on that lot when they do their fake reconciliation video!

Something is very fishy here. There's no way that he's living in that RV. First: Power. That RV needs a 30 to 50 amp connection to work. You can't just run an extension cord out there. That shiny new fridge is what is known in the RV community as a "residential unit" and only runs if the RV is plugged in, running off a battery throgh an inverter (which doesn't last long), or running off a generator. Second: That TV. Look at the top of it. There's a white trim piece. That TV was installed at the factory. There's a button somewhere to raise it up for use. Third: His shower. That shower drains into a tank. So does the sink. Stand-up showers are also farily common in RVs. There's another tank to hold the contents of the toilet. Is he going to a dump station wheh the sh!tter is full? Or just using the storm drain?

They bought an RV and wanted to use the $90K as a tax write off. That's all that is happening. He also said he had to customize the bedroom for it to fit the bed. That means he ordered it that way. The lead time for these is at least 3 months (almost a year during COVID).

When I got divorced I moved a mile away so I could be close to the kids. 1 mile is far enough; I couldn't see my ex from that far away, but the kids could _easily_ go back and forth between both.

Madcatster did an interesting deep dive on the Ace Family and he brought to light an interesting detail- he could not find a marriage contract in any filing he searched through. It implies that they may not be officially married in the first place, so in turn, could not get divorced.
It honestly feels like Austin is using his kids as a ploy to keep an eye on his (soon to be) ex wife. Dude is perfectly able to see his kids if he lived 30 minutes away. Heck, as long as he's in the same neighborhood, it isnt impossible to see them. I mean, dude is a multi millionaire and he buys an RV? He could had bought the house thats only thirty minutes away but nope... He doesn't want to "be far away from his children" so he buys an RV so he can be close to, again, his ex wife's house. I think there's more than meets the eye.

My parents got divorced when I was 6ish and after lived very far apart from another. I personally prefer that a million times over having to deal with the confusing arrangement of them being neighbours but not together anymore. Don't know if I would have learned the gravitas of situations like these otherwise.

Driveway may not be wide enough. Older neighborhoods, even fancy ones just don’t have the front yard or driveway space. That gate doesn’t look wide enough and the front does not look deep enough. Separated couples live together all the time, they just take separate parts of the house. That would make more sense.

So, they're obviously scammers and I have to assume anything they do is purely for attention, BUT the fact they haven't filed for divorce yet doesn't mean anything. Since they have kids, even if they are doing whatever the U.S. version is of what's called collaborative divorce in Canada (that I did), depending on state legislation, you may have to have a parenting plan in place to submit with your filing, which involves a lot of meetings and time with mediators and lawyers. So theoretically that could just be in the works, though I fully wouldn't be surprised if the split was just a stunt.
