That new plasma table, particularly with the software must be saving a lot of time. At the same time allowing you to do things that previously would have been harder to do.
Oliver i would hate to see your Electricity Bills😂 i just hope your Customers understand the Underlying Costs & outlay involved in producing such fine precision Engineering you do in your workshop its success for the future is in the Pricing.Turnover is Vanity ,Profit is Sanity. Great engineering and execution, Job well done. Smart wearing breathing device especially when grinding old coated surfaces as it vaporizes all the compounds in the coatings/paints when ground and these vapors are never safe for breathing. It might on future up dates be worthwhile to try to shorten the top link by about 2-3" to get tilt equal in both directions. More power on the plasma if you are going to cut a lot of materials this thick. Ray Stormont
That was an interesting job, needing quite a bit of precision to make sure it all fitted correctly. Definitely a much better idea with the quick connect system to change implements than having to knock out pins to change them.
Oliver, I'm guessing you have been practicing with that sledge hammer! A few weeks ago you said you weren't very good with it, but you sure taught those ears a lesson. Love your engineering skills and outathebox thinking. That cutting table is just what you needed, too. Thanks for another stimulating and enjoyable video!
Great Video! Love the profile cutter at work. Nice catch with the 2mm plate test. The sledge hammer and welding helmet gives a great Darth Vader look as well.
Warts an’ all. Not afraid to talk through the thinking and show the clangers too. No deceitful editing! Love to see that the subscriber numbers are growing at a good pace. Good luck to the man.
On your way to 100,000 subs Olly, you deserve it. The new table is jolly marvellous and will be a great money maker. I’m looking forward to seeing some 100mm plate get sliced & diced. Regards Pete.
Looks like some wet weather over there at the moment. Here in Queensland Australia, we have another drought and the place is as dry as a bone. Dams are getting low and the water tank is around 3/4 full now. We could do with some of your rain.
Oliver can see big improvement in you're gouging its getting there, again you're eye for detail is second to none the new table is awesome regards and stay healthy 👍🚜🚜⚙️
Great vid.. move the fork retaining brackets outside the quick hitch framework and the forks along the hanger rail. or you'll have to release the bucket and the QR hydraulic couplings for the 4 in 1 bucket just to use the forks ..
Amazing workmanship, it’s not a farmers fix on any of Snowball’s projects the farmer brings him. A big hello from Rotonda West Florida USA on the Gulf of Mexico.
Another good job. That cutting table and software have some great features. I feel like I am learning a lot with each different job. Send some of that rain over. We are burnt to a crisp. No real rain in weeks. Temperature got up to 38C today. Supposed to be even hotter next few days. And only Spring. Don't miss the cold. But you can have a bit too much heat too.
We have a ford 655 without a q-hitch front bucket, I moved our forks to the far outside of the bucket for better vision going down the roads. The fork's are lethal, I usually just un-pin them from their home position and flip the bucket to let gravity do the business, then get out and position them where I need them.. Great video, look forward to the next!
Brilliantnt! I’d keep that magnet around for pulling your products off the table. I worry for your back on some of this stuff. That bucket should be sandblasted before you paint it, but… that’s just me.
Try spraying some white paint on the part and laying it down on a dark surface. The color contrast will help with the detail/precision of the drawing in the softwear
Awesome job well done that new piece of kit is working well nice to now u can take a pic and make it work that should make things alot easier for u in the future for sure ....
My dad made a log splitter in the 80s out of the jack leg of a hymac digger and the spool bank out of a dumper that he used for the foot control. I have it up on TH-cam here if you're interested on my channel- the steel is a bit more tarnished though! I'd highly recommend a foot pedal though if you can it's much easier to work with both hands and go forward and back on a pedal.

I will watch anything you put on this channel you are a true engineer very skilled
Nice job as usual, taking a photo and using that as a template is a pretty good feature, looks like your getting use to the table.
Excellent work again Oliver. Your descriptions of your thinking and problem solving are very instructional as well as interesting.
I think you do amazing work with some high tech equipment, the cutting table is superb. Well done young man!

Bloody brilliant job! Not many can do that

Saw the plaque you did for Olly Blogs. Looked great
Great Video!
Love the profile cutter at work. Nice catch with the 2mm plate test.
The sledge hammer and welding helmet gives a great Darth Vader look as well.
Im caught up to Wes and watched all Olivers stuff. His videos are as professional as his work.
Your quality of work is consistently getting better every video.
Another effective and efficient change up for an owner, nicely done!
Have the same issue with flies here, and where I sub contract welding. They're really attracted to the arc!
Excellent as always. You know you are doing all the right things when your Hen has a featured inspection. Thank you for posting.
Another enjoyable fabrication video. Thanks for posting, cheers.🚜
Great to see the CNC working from the photos didn’t expect anything else from snowball engineering class act extremely well done 🇮🇪
Gday, the oxy works well on the cnc table, however operates that machine certainly has pride, very tidy for the hours on it, great job mate, cheers
I had to double check this morning that it was 9500 and not 950 🤣 it’s incredibly tidy for the hours it’s done.
@@snowballengineering 🤣🤣
Good job, nice welding too. It's good when you are not afraid to share your mistakes.
Warts an’ all. Not afraid to talk through the thinking and show the clangers too. No deceitful editing! Love to see that the subscriber numbers are growing at a good pace. Good luck to the man.
Game changing kit the pain of paying for it will be forgotten with the new avenues it will bring
Your new cutter is mastered !
Awesome content and educational as always! Thanks for bringing us along😊
Brilliant Ollie, keep the videos coming 👌
Thanks, will do!
Enjoy the videos. I can see your expanding your skills and experience. I'm sure your shop will grow to handle more diverse jobs. Cheers.
On your way to 100,000 subs Olly, you deserve it. The new table is jolly marvellous and will be a great money maker. I’m looking forward to seeing some 100mm plate get sliced & diced. Regards Pete.
Your cnc table is impressive I couldn’t believe how nice the gas torch worked. Nice work thanks for sharing
good job and glad you have payed work for the new cnc table
More quality engineering and fabrication Olly. Great work and lovely finish
Man oh man !
You picked up the grinder and I thought theres a job and a half to clean that up !
Grinder gets heavy too !
Big 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hello from the USA.....excellent job Oliver! That plasma table is a life saver for your type of work.
Looks like some wet weather over there at the moment. Here in Queensland Australia, we have another drought and the place is as dry as a bone. Dams are getting low and the water tank is around 3/4 full now. We could do with some of your rain.
Hi Oliver those welds looks mint - is it ok to ask what settings you have the welder on may help others too to get it right for welding thick stuff 👌
Great, mr Snowball! Never seen such a bucket with hydraulics on, but always learning something! Handy stuff, the CNC..
Oliver can see big improvement in you're gouging its getting there, again you're eye for detail is second to none the new table is awesome regards and stay healthy 👍🚜🚜⚙️
looking good so far ..boy you get a lot of bucket work ..
Great vid.. move the fork retaining brackets outside the quick hitch framework and the forks along the hanger rail.
or you'll have to release the bucket and the QR hydraulic couplings for the 4 in 1 bucket just to use the forks ..
Nice to see your new CNC at work! Great addition to your shop! Great video/work! Keep it up! Thanks for sharing! 👌👍
Please do record the other jobs for this digger, even if they’re quick, it’ll be interesting to see for a non-farmer like me!
It's impressive that you used arcair gouging powered by your tecarc welder to remove the old hangers👍
I dont think Anthony would be too impressed with you destroying his Factory Lugs !😆
Great job and love the farming piece towards the end…Bambi 😅👍🇬🇧
Amazing workmanship, it’s not a farmers fix on any of Snowball’s projects the farmer brings him.
A big hello from Rotonda West Florida USA on the Gulf of Mexico.
Should be sponsored by Kutavar awesome buy! Do love useful good tech

You're a smart man making those trials first in 'cheaper' material.
HOPE ,the New table is meeting your expectations Oliver.
Mice Vid too . Awesome welding .
Thanks 👍🏻
Nice video Mr Snowball/Farmer/Metal Fabricator/CNC Operator/Haircut Trendsetter.
Haircut trendsetter 🤣
Thought you'd like that 👍
good call on the template making. CEE and Olly Blogs in one video. Excellent.
Yikes, I thought for sure you were going to get a hot foot while arc gouging. Great work as always.
Nice to see that new table working out for you! Great investment.
I'm here from watch wes work recommend this guy is a good craftsman
Plié that plasma table is sure coming in handy
Looks much nicer than before .
Useful feature inserting 2D image into CAD, ive used it several times, justcavoid parallax error.
Excellent job all round, thanks for sharing.
Nice job. It's fun watching you work.
Kutavar looks sweet. Need to convince my boss to get one.
Top job yet again, would like my time again and do more of that.
We have a ford 655 without a q-hitch front bucket, I moved our forks to the far outside of the bucket for better vision going down the roads. The fork's are lethal, I usually just un-pin them from their home position and flip the bucket to let gravity do the business, then get out and position them where I need them..

Efficiency top work! Taking a photo and entering it with some dimensions in the CNC, I didn't know this could be so simple..
Another awesome video young Oliver,
From kiwi land.
Great video and great job mate. Glad to see you are getting excellent results using the gas torch on your new cnc table. Those are some pretty cuts.
Nice work Jon. Was very helpful as I will be making something very similar to this for my mill. Thanks mate.
1st time watching now all will want this on any front bucket machine you're a great engineer
That was a nice gift you sent to Olly Bloogs…
Was hoping he might of given my TH-cam channel a shout out 🤣
Brilliantnt! I’d keep that magnet around for pulling your products off the table. I worry for your back on some of this stuff. That bucket should be sandblasted before you paint it, but… that’s just me.
Oliver, another great job, and very interesting too. Looks like you got the drilling finished just in time.
.
Awesome video, great work. Thank you Oliver
Nice job again 👍. Like your ground clamp.!
Great Job Oliver . Variety makes the World go round , keep it up Buddy
@25:00. I want to tear that plastic off the black trim on the kutavar. It’s driving me mad. Looks so satisfying! 😵💫😵💫😵💫
Nice work as always Oliver
Another good job. Liked to use of a digital level to work out angles. Did anybody else think that template looked way out till it was married up
That gouging looked pretty neat to me, almost like you’d hit ctrl/alt/delete on the welds 👏🏻🙂
Try spraying some white paint on the part and laying it down on a dark surface. The color contrast will help with the detail/precision of the drawing in the softwear
Great job, very good use of the profile cutting machine with test pieces. Workshop looking much better with the clear up. Take care 👍
Always looking forward to a new videos from you. Great work
top little job there Snow. 👍👍👍👍👍
First channel I've seen with a shop inspecting chicken. Other channels have either a dog or a cat!
Excellent work 👍👍👍. Thank you for sharing. Be safe 🇨🇦
Awesome job well done that new piece of kit is working well nice to now u can take a pic and make it work that should make things alot easier for u in the future for sure ....
29,300 and counting! Well deserved my friend 👍🍺🍺🍺🍺

Another top job,
Interesting how you can transform the photo into a working drawing! 👌🧐👍
Looks like you need some weights on the back of that Hyster - lifting that bucket nearly tipped you. lol
Really great videos. Look after your eyes mate, they look strained as. Cheers
Good job as usual, especially when you consider it's that time of year now when you just can't be fu**ed cos it's cold, wet, damp and miserable
Great work, enjoyed this project
Again, a nice job done!❤
Oliver who can make anything, fix anything, design anything but cannot swing a sledgehammer 😅 to save his life . There's hope for us all still lol 😆
A Ducks Bill might have been better to twist the plates off.
He's to small
He probably only weighs 10 stone
Outstanding filming!
Ótimo trabalho.Seus videos estão sendo assistido aqui no Brasil.
Absolutely brilliant video
Good job young sir !
YAY notifications say Snowball Engineering got another video. always interesting and entertaining as usual..
Fantastic work I really enjoyed the video
