Great video. Thank you!!! I have a couple of questions, if you dont mind. I have a 2005 Volvo XC90 T6 with a code of 4A35 (Fuel Level Sensor). Will this video also work for my 2005 XC90 T6? You referred to the part as a fuel sending unit. Is that the same as a Fuel Level Sensor?
Hi, hope all well. I have Volvo XC90 2010, then fuel gauge less then half, car stops. Fuel pump working ok. Looks something wrong between two fuel tanks. One tank is empty, another is full, but fuel not going to prime tank. Thanks
@@luckysdiygarage so I had gas in my car probably half a tank and I was driving and I noticed the needle drop all the way below empty so should I replace the fuel pump it self or the fuel sending unit as well ?
@fnvking4426 if the fuel Gage shows empty but it starts all the time with no trouble I would just replace the fuel sending unit but its honestly up to you if you wanna replace both now that your there ..as a preventive maintenance..but of course test it
Thanks. Just got a xc90 from my dad. Been looking for a video on how to properly go about this
Good luck with the repair! It's a pretty easy job once you get into it. 👍
VERY GOOD LEVEL OF DETAIL!!! Thank you! Just what I was looking for; this helps greatly in working on my XC90.
