Crash, another step forward on your recovery. Keep looking forward, you will get there, I took 2 years to walk without aid after a crash when I was 18 I later went on to ride in mountain bike championships and I am now 72. And nice to see Neil still cracking on.

Crash. Great to see your spirits up! Was in a bad car wreck 20 years ago broken neck, humerus, knee and major head trauma. Fortunately made a full recovery but still deal with some PTSD and TBI issues. Keep up the physio!!
