Best thing I’ve watched in ages I think you caught the cashier off guard , it’s easy to make wrong decisions when under pressure! 😅 You on the other hand didnt batt an eye lid True professional mate Thanks again for sharing this 👌
Wow now that was some behind the scenes. Lee borrowing everything on the island. That poor lady in the shop was lookin like Lee was trying to rob the place though. Well done all in all. Bikes look and sound amazing and it sure seemed like Lee was going at a good clip.
Hi Lee, this just about sums up the MGP! Issues solved by absolutely lovely people and footage 2nd to none👍 better than any professional TV crew including that Pritchard bloke!😂😂 safe journey home, we go home Thursday, Andy & Lyn.
Best yet , warts and all !! This sort of thing is what the island is all about , helping anyone who needs it - great people... I once gave Joey 3 cable ties - does that count ??
Defo shoulda pulled a "don't you know who I am?" to the garage lady, To those who assisted you in getting back to the pits, This is what the TT is all about, the people of the isle of man are just the best, absolutely fantastic video, the in helmet cam is real up close and personal ;)
That was great. I’ve heard so many stories of riders breaking down on the Mountain course and cadging a lift or borrowing a bike to get back to the paddock but having video footage of such an incident was unique and brilliant so thanks Lee. 😁👍 To be fair, that monkey bike is about the right size for Jessie I reckon. 😆
Just wanted to add to the very many comments, I really appreciate the behind-the-scenes content you’re providing us with. Fabulous insight to your day job and appreciate editing of the videos and producing the content is not an easy task and is probably quite time consuming so to whoever is doing the donkey work it’s greatly appreciated.
those people who helped you with the monkey bike and the lady in the garage will be able to tell everyone that storey for years to come, brilliant video Lee so pleased to see you in your happy place, not sure about the new camera man though🤣🤣
Love seeing bikes like this being used for what they were designed for . Both bikes look amazing thanks for sharing with us . And Neil working on proper Honda as he would say 🙂
One of your best ever vlogs and behind the scenes . Excellent. Loved the petrol station shenanigans. You should of done a drive off. That monkey bike should surely go up in value now that its been riden by TT winner Lee "the general" Johnson. How funny. Topman.
Too bad about the RC45 . The positive about our lovely 2 strokes is they only have 700mil of oil in the gear box 🤔 the down side is if it does leak 90% tends to go on your boots 😳 and of course you find out when your feet slip off the pegs 😂 Great video Lee 😁
Awesome footage, really went along for the ride with you Lee , thanks for sharing it, watching in NZ so was amazing to kinda get an idea what its like on the island
What an amazing video and taking us along with you through the brake down the monkey bike the fuel station the mad dash back and then jumping on that beautiful RS 250 i love those bikes.
Want to take this chance to say , nice one for your return to racing mainly ✌️ and sorry you didn't have the best of our manx weather and never got to beat hizzy's lap record (1994) , all be it a different course entirely.......Moore a welcome back but sat here today Monday. Don't ya got out. ITS A WAW OF NUTRION REMEMBER LEE FROM THE TT 24 LOL😂😂😂😢
Love getting to see the behind the scenes of the bsb & roads. I know it’s a nightmare for you guys but seeing how you all try to get back to the pits has a comical side which I hope you can laugh about once the sessions over with! Plus Paul - hasn’t he got more confident since the last time he was properly in one of your vlogs, must be all the practice with ITV 😂😂
The struggle is real! 😅 Hope the lovely folks who helped received some LJ13 merch & a hug from Neil! 🤗 Congrats on P2! 🎉 Too bad about the RC45. BTW: expecting a full review of the Monkey soon! 😁
Christie, can we have an standalone/extended version of the monkey bike ride with perhaps some Benny Hill style music please? And Lee, gutted for you on the 45, hopefully nothing more than a breather or something...two bloody awesome bikes you have there fella...
Welcome back to the racing i watched this video on my big TV TH-cam Loved every bit. Congratulations on your podium my best wishes to you from the Philippines ❤️💪👍🙂😉😀😁🏁🛺🏍️🐑🇵🇭🏴
Cracking result for you and the team today Lee, shame the 45 let you down once again, but thats bike racing, Think the best bit for me, was seeing how to get back from Kirk Michael at that spot, Being a ex Manxie, who did a few years around there racing, Never knew that path was there ! As the saying goes, you learn something new every day ,,, Hope you made the boat tonight as the sailings are looking like shite for tomorrow,
Sad for ya and the RC45 but that's a story to be told for many a year! And that RS250 is a beaut. I miss racing the two strokes, but can't lie I'd be worried about seizing the thing constantly. 🙈😂
Grate blog have been looking forward too this one the IOM Manx. Both bikes look smart nice too see a smile on your face Looking forward too the next one
Great to see you out on the course through the week , good result on the 250 yesterday you were flying through Hillberry. Shame about the rc45. Been a trying week with the weather heh?
Lol, best video ever! Lovely people for lending you the monkey bike, and the lady with the three quid at the garage….you should’ve asked for a KitKat sub at the garage as well!
Well done to the woman who gave you £3 and the guy who lent you the Monkeybike. not so much the garage owner who had a "policy" Good things happen to good people.
What a great vid. I wish there was a shot of you in your full race leathers on that monkey bike. Also what great helmet footage. Yes Lee. ps the 250 is lush.
The couple and the girl that helped you out are Legends 👍
Best thing I’ve watched in ages

This is by far your best episode yet! The helmet cam capturing your way back to the pits is amazing❤ thanks for taking us along for an adventure.
Defo shoulda pulled a "don't you know who I am?" to the garage lady, To those who assisted you in getting back to the pits, This is what the TT is all about, the people of the isle of man are just the best, absolutely fantastic video, the in helmet cam is real up close and personal ;)

That helmet cam footage was brilliant!
Great vlog Lee, that lady cashier in the garage though 😂😂😂
So nice of the Kirk Michael people chipping in to help out 👍👍
That lady saved the day. Good to see you getting some laps in.
I have just learned that a rider must not only know how to ride the course blindfolded but also every backroad on the Isle of Man! Good luck!
those people who helped you with the monkey bike and the lady in the garage will be able to tell everyone that storey for years to come, brilliant video Lee so pleased to see you in your happy place, not sure about the new camera man though🤣🤣
Helmet cam is excellent Lee, congrats on the podium. 👍👍
Just awesome, the helmet footage with your eye in view... you hardly blink. Didnt even ask you to take your helmet off for fuel..😄
Love seeing bikes like this being used for what they were designed for .

Outstanding, really enjoyed that one, as an ex rider I know the pain of MANX practice

The lady who lent you the monkey bike has one of the best twitter feeds during TT almost like a extension of Manx radio
Christie, can we have an standalone/extended version of the monkey bike ride with perhaps some Benny Hill style music please? And Lee, gutted for you on the 45, hopefully nothing more than a breather or something...two bloody awesome bikes you have there fella...

Exelllent helmet footage and beautiful bikes!
I didn't see Lee blink once from the start line to the bottom of Bray Hill @11.25 minutes...
I noticed that too!
