    Simple fix………increase the tire pressure in one tire and less in the other. Keep tractoring

  • @ritterjon
    @ritterjon 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    💥 Next time you do burnouts with your tractor make sure you're using the diff lock so you get even wear on both tires. Seriously though, that would be enough to bother me to want it corrected also.
    *Keep on tractoring!*

      Doing a burnout might still be a good idea I just got to find out if the taller tire is the Bad tire I like this idea I can make a video on how to do a burn out on a tractor have a good weekend Jon and keep it on the sunny side☀️☀️☀️😁

    Had the same issue on my BX. For me, it was a 9 year old used tractor, but my right tire was an inch higher than the left one. So me being frugal, I buy only one tire (I mean the tires only had 140 hours on them). Once I mounted the new tire and installed, then the left tire was 3/4 taller than the right. So now I have two new tires on the rear. My guess is one of the previous owners over or under inflated the tires and destroyed the cords inside. Fun fact, the original right side was so much bigger around, I couldn't install a mower deck without rubbing the tire. Thanks for the update. Jason

    I think I mentioned this exact situation in your original video. Sometimes the same size tires from different manufacturing runs are off in size. Same with my BX. You can let out a few pounds +- of pressure in the larger tire and the bucket will drop level. Worked for me with turf tires.

    • @MJADoingStuff
      @MJADoingStuff  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep I do remember your comment they did give me a new tire that was closer in size I will try fine-tuning it with air pressure like you said thank you for your help🚜💨💡😁👍

      @@MJADoingStuff : Maybe bump up PSI on the left rear and front a pound or two, and drop the right the same. Then look forward to buying a new set or rears some day. Hopefully both the same, both made in the same factory, same production run. I had not considered that. Very important!

    Hi Mitch, the specs/tire size stamped in the tires are the same but the tires are different, now that would be a major production error, you’re probably not the only one with this problem 😳. Have you tried taking some air out of the bigger one to see if that would help temporarily? Have a great sunny 🌞 weekend 👍🏻

    Same issue on 2020 lx2610. Same tires. I just bought it used. I'm going to try and get either kubota or Goodyear to Hopefully make good. Wish me luck. One tire is 1 inch taller than the other! It throws the loader level off 1 1/2 inches! From one side to the other.

  • @cnccutter61
    @cnccutter61 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I guess I’m odd duck out. I figure that it is in fact a Kubota warranty. If they put that tire on the tractor and then sold it to you, it is their problem to deal with the tire company. The dealer should have put a new tire/ tires on and sent you on your way.... no waiting. Kubota international has lots of power to get compensation for this.

    • @MJADoingStuff
      @MJADoingStuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The dealer had no R14 in stock so I had to wait. They called this past week and said it was approved and ordered a rim and tire coming from Kansas. Almost done with this. I thought the same thing about the Kubota warranty too. Thanks for checking out the video ☀️😁👍

    Great video. Very good information. Just guessing, is this a 2020 model tractor? Seems like quality control went to the non-Sunny side then. Or maybe it's a 2021 produced in 2020. But with the backlog and slow support movement, maybe it's a 2022 produced in 2020. : )

    • @MJADoingStuff
      @MJADoingStuff  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes but it still is not perfect from what I was told the tolerance is plus or minus 1/2 on the tire radius and it was Warranteed by the tire company so it took a while to get a replacement by the dealer Hope that helps 😁👍🚜💨💡

    • @DP-ke3vf
      @DP-ke3vf 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MJADoingStuff mine is about an inch and a half off with r4 tires. This a real problem if it gets tweaked that easy there is bigger problems with the light weight design. Mine was like this from the day I bought it so no tweaking happened with my Kioti it was just a manufacturing issue.
