Monkey Bars Progression:
1. Shoulder Activations x 30-60 seconds
2. Alternating Shoulder Activations x 30-60s
3. Active Hang x 30-60s
4. Alternating Active Hang x 30-60s
5. Side to Side Shuffle x 5 each side
6. Side Shuffle x 5-10 each way
7. Forward Shuffle x 5-10 each way
8. Single Rung Walk

Amazing video...just what I was looking for. Wasn't clear on other videos whether passive or active hang was required. Very clear steps - have been able to jump straight in at step 4 because of other training...let's see how I progress from here. Thank you once again!

Решил поделать это упражнение прошлым летом и сорвал себе все мозоли на ладонях. Потом не мог к турниру неделю подойти.

Понимаю. Я тоже иногда срываю мозоли когда перебарщиваю на перекладинах, особенно если с мелом. Это от усталости хватки, она начинает сползать и тянет кожу. А нам так весело на перекладинах, мы не замечаем 🤪
