I've got one of those 1000ltr caged containers for collecting rain water for garden, it's got a pallet base built into it, will come in handy for something again one day.
Used to test water resistant watches by compressing air into a glass tube with the watch hanging above water. After a gew min. you lower the watch into the water and watch to see if air escaped from the seals. No bubbles, no leaks. What if you forced air into the case via the breather.
Not really - that's why I gave up - everybody is looking for the same things, (door, trim, chassis, engines), sometime new parts are the same price as good used parts Not worth my time anymore
Hi Mike just wondering have you ever shorted a 300tdi input shaft or any input shaft at all if you have do you have any tips or tricks for doing that 😊cheers Johnnie
Good thing you don't live in Aus, Mike. AQUIS here would be all clipboards and stern looks, and you'd never get that container cleared into the country.... We can get gazillions of containers of crap from Panda Land, no questions asked, but try to import your own car? Good luck, and the mattress would be a massive red flag.
I have not imported for over 11 years now - I let other import, and then I fix them - a lot less hassle. Big scam here is washing cars as they have 'mud' on them. One customer imported a 110 from Malawi I think, and the Agriculture Dept charge 10 hours @$200/ hr washing - and where does the waste water go? In the river - what a scam!
it looks like a good tool - but i still dont get it, how this will simulate a running hot gearbox, and we all know you can fry your your eggs on it. anyway, use full tool
Could make a jacuzzi for your new decking 😂😂😂

I had about half a dozen left over - pallets drop to bits after a while, but they are STD size pallets so easy to find
@@BritannicaRestorations Pretty sure mine is made of a tough plastic material, never rot out.
A tin of beans and a can of lager, you've got yourself a spa bath.
Lol!
Rubber duck, sponge, and a glass of jamesons could make it into a nice bath Mike!
Indeed!
IBC cubes with us, never heard of them called totes
IBC = intermediate bulk container
That’s what they are called in Australia & New Zealand (IBC).
Now we know where all our doors went - Canada 😮
I think quite a lot went overseas 'hot' or not. I don't come across any used doors here

Reckon its still viable shipping a container full of parts?

@@BritannicaRestorations I thought so thanks for letting me know 😊

If submerged with 7 PSI it will indicate leaks hot or cold
