This looks exactly like my 2007 Ridgeline with a little less than 150K on it. I agree, the regular maintenance is critical to keeping them running for years. These are great trucks!
I bought a 2007 had about 160mi, but I wasn't told that the radiator and transmission fluids had mixed. It was completely my fault for not getting a pre-purchase inspection and getting completely scammed. Apparently it's good practice to replace the radiator before they leak internally. Changing the radiator is pretty easy on these trucks. I was able to bring it back to life after replacing the radiator and doing about 7 drain and fills with Honda fluids. I've definitely got a soft spot for these mini Honda trucks but the Tundra suits my needs way better.
If I still owned one of these I'd do a transmission drain and fill at the same time as an oil change every 5kmi. It's easier than the oil and not very expensive.
I have a 2013 Ridgeline. I believe my glove box has a screw that needs to be removed, but I'm wondering if the rest of the process would be the same or if the 2006 is that different from the 2013. Do you have any videos on how to change the spark plugs and such on a Ridgeline? Thank you for this video.
Does the arrow point downward on the cabin air filter? I have a slight visual impairment at the moment so I couldn’t see it. Thanks! (I also have a blue 2006 RTL, second owner).
This an in depth car maintenance. Thank you.

My wife has what you would call a cream puff 2012 Ridgeline with 70k
Great trucks
Another perfect video. Thank you, friend.

@@ryansmith7974 why would you recommend doing a transmission service every oil change?

Gas filter is integral to the fuel pump/sending unit in the tank. It does not get changed.
