Were I in any business involving roofing, I would absolutely have to invest in a drone. Even without using it for content, it would be invaluable for pre/post-survey
Lovely job as always!. I hope they have you back to clean the sidewalks, driveway and patio in the back. It would look so good. I couldn't believe that person was up on the roof. 😳
Another excellent job, done and dusted. I have to admit that when you were doing the back, I didn't know where to look... the roof cleaning, or the sky reflected in that skylight. 😉Outstanding work as usual, Nick. Have a great week. Thanks for sharing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Happy Father’s Day Nick 💕 love the transformation you achieve on these rooftops. That guy is crazy standing up there 😮 glad you’re smart about it. Really liked this video 😊
Was there a school nearby , it sounded really noisy ? I think you did an excellent job and I'm with you on the Health and Safety, would be so easy to fall and have life changing injuries . Thanks for sharing the vid 🙂
You truly are an ethical professional who knows your business well! The results are not only beautiful but also reassuringly durable until a roofer can make the needed repairs! Excellent job!
Great job buddy and the right call on the ridge without question - dentils can always present a problem and if the mortar's shot as well you'd be asking for trouble. Don't know what mushti was doing on the ridge 2 doors down but with a 50°pitch to the roof, no scaff, no cat ladder, no harness or safety line he'll probably not be doing it for too long - accident waiting to happen! Lovely job as per normal mate! 👍👏
Happy Father's Day Nick hope you have had a good one 😊 Roof looks so so much better and you were right to err on the side of caution with the Ridge tiles if you did ot and damged and it leaked it would not be good financially and also reputation which would further damage your finances 😅 Hope you are all well 😊
It turned out really well! The small bits at the top are fine, they don't really take anything away from the overall clean-up. The metal really popped after the rinse, it looked great too. I must say, I appreciate the camera angles and close-up of the washing, it really provided a truer look on the clean-up as it was happening. And always, appreciated the bit of music added. Now if only the owner would have you do the back patio, the place would be beautiful. The patio has definitely seen better days. Great job! 👍🌟
Looks nice, Nick! Your ability to diagnose and treat the issues is invaluable. Your customers benefit greatly from all your experience! Keep up the good work, man.
Great job Nick. I'm a roofer with 40 years experience. You are right regarding the health and safety aspect of our work. The problem a lot of the time is , when its a simple roof repair maybe a broken slate or tile , the repair itself might be £180.00 lets say. The cost of a proper scaffold tower can be £450.00+VAT. So an easy repair can be very costly. Most people won't pay that ....
I don't believe it ,three cleaning jobs one after another, yard clean , drain clean , and now roof clean , how can I be so lucky. Of course you again surpassed yourself and have done an amazing job. Much love from Australia ❤
Glad you explained about deteriorating mortar on the ridge tiles. New topic. Wouldn't have guessed the color of the regular tiles, thought them black or dark grey. That was apparently relative to which side of the roof we were on, as you could see a tan on the second side. The roof looked good all done.
Amazing, what I am learning through your videos. I live in a much different climate, and had no idea of the conditions you face there in UK. Here in south central California, too much extreme sun melts what it can and cracks and powders the rest! 🥵
Very hard work, that extending and directing of the long "thingy" and yet you manage to do a very good job of rehabilitating those roofs! I don't normally like music in videos but I appreciate your taste --- although that last piece, though attractive, is used ad nauseam in poor, stray animal videos to pull on the viewers' heartstrings. You're very good at what you do so it makes for satisfying watching!🥰
Did you use biocide or SH on the roof? I was surprised to see the moss change colour so quick on the ridge. Great job and hopefully the customer will have you back to do their patio too!
finding all your vids very informative, im a newbie to roof cleaning (not in your area) i mainly use an fsc, does all the dirt not go everywhere ie over neighbours when you use turbo nozzle?
The finest English weather to be outside in... As always, great work under all the circumstances you have to deal with... weather, site, clients, equipment etc. When it comes to the 'practical trades', UK has it's fair share of cowboys... esp. the cheaper ones from Eastern Europe...
I actually liked the darker color (pre-clean) against the paint on the dormers better than the color of the clean tile. Not to say I would prefer dirty tile but it made me curious about the tile itself. It always seems to be terra cotta colored, which I assume is the natural color of the clay. Have you ever seen the tiles with colorants added? Maybe green, black or dark brown? There aren't many roofs like these here in Michigan; mostly there are shingles and lately metal roofs have been getting popular but mostly you see shingles in a fair variety of colors. Black and grey are the most common shingle colors here (in quite a few shades) but you do see browns, terra cotta, and I've even seen green and blue. I'm just curious about your side of the world 😊
Maximus Nickus does it again. In the pissing rain !!! UGH. At least day two saw some sunshine, right ?? Me thinks her patio tiles need a good dash of hypo and some serious scrubbing !! That's a lot of black spot and lichen, yes ?? What are the percentages of neighbors on either end of a clean roof, come round and ask for either a quote, or just say Clean It ?? I think the roof came out quite nice. You'd have to climb UP on that roof to notice the moss on the ridges, yes??
Not as many as you might think mate. Yeah patio could definitely do with a spruce up. Roof ridge tiles definitely came up better than expected despite what was left behind 👍
Smart customer imo. Get the roof clean so the roofers can see everything they need to do in one visit. Saves time and pennies. Dunno wtf the guy standing up there was thinking of. stoopid human! Glad he was gone by time your tea was drunk lol
What a beautiful result! Customer doesn’t realize how fortunate they are that you knew exactly how to deal with their issues! Well done.
👏👏👏💯💯👏👏👏
Thanks Karen, that's really nice of you 😊
Missed this one , best roof cleaning professional on TH-cam.

UP ON THE ROOF , I think that guy knows the song ,from back in the 60's . Great work mate . Think the worst bit is cleaning the gutters out .😉👍
Fantastic job done, Nick! Interesting to watch the ever changing sky.... from blue to grey, to sunny and rainy!
I was thinking the same in the edit 😍

Beautiful house and beautiful cleaning 👏👏👏

I admire your integrity.
That looks fantastic Nick. You can barely see that the ridge tiles weren’t washed. Great work x
Oh thank you Mishka ❤️
Amazing work for sure!

Great camera angles and music!
Cheers Scottygirl 💕
Another lovely job done.

I do! 😍
Great job Nick. I really hope you have a hot tub at home. My shoulders hurt just watching you today. Happy Father’s Day, mate ❤
Thanks so much 💕
Thanks for the beautiful music Nick, compared to the standard issue TH-cam crap music on other posts. Regards from Brisbane Australia,
Hope they get you back to clean all the paths etc.
Looks great.
Many thanks Toni 🙂
I hope they have you back to clean the walkway!

Nice to hear the scaffolding again! 😂
Awesome, cheers ❤️
@@PrestigeExternalCleaning I know I’m weird but I love the sound of the scaffolding and the tap tap sound when you put the hypo on!
@@janie-f-6955 Not weird at all, I don't think you're the only one 😊
Looks beautiful to me!❤❤❤
Aww cheers Robin
Very nice 👍!!! I thought the tiles were dark grey when cleaned…😅! Beautiful 😻🫶🫶🫶

Your earlier videos you use a Mossmatic. Now you only post videos of a Turbo nozzle on your roof cleans. I'm just wondering why.
Brilliant job well done! Can’t believe the person on the roof 🙄 may I ask what pressure washer and pole you use please thanks
Hi Nick, what product do you use for biocide and how are you applying this ? Thanks
Another fine job Nick and nice to see the scaffold again. Glad you work safely!

What pressure/bar you use in roofs?
I would have had my roof cleaned after seeing the neighbors roof so nice.
cracking job as always, bet your glad the rain held off so you could put the chemical down.
Nice one mate 😍
Does biocide work just as well like that or is it better to brush it in
Nice job on a problem roof. 😉

😃👍 Nice weather for ducks 🤣
🤣 always is 🤣
Do you not rinse off the hypo?
Nope.
Love the first bit of music isnt.off a a television programme
Thanks Sonia, i'm not sure, I downloaded it from The TH-cam audio library 👍
Sounds like some nightmare kids round there 😂could hear them the whole video
Great vids I prefer them without the music though 👌
Great job and well done for leaving the ridge tiles. They could’ve come back and bit you on the arse
Thanks mate 🙂

mobile reception must be terrible there, roof only place he can get it!
🤣
Guy on the roof; did he get caught videoing kids in the school yard, perchance?
