- My first What I Eat in a Day of 2018! Here are some vegan meals I like to make in the winter. It gets super cold where I live so I love having cozy meals like these throughout those months! Please keep in mind I don't eat like this every day- most days are much more boring haha. But these are 3 meals I have been loving lately so I stuck them all together in a video! I also realize they may not be the MOST "healthy" (chocolate croissants I'm looking at you) but I believe that enjoying your food and not stressing too much about "healthy" is just as important as eating your greens ;). Love you guys!

It's just me and my twin who are vegan so my mum is still a meat eater but I eat vegan
Trust me you feel healthier cleaner less heavy and you can still have all the yummy foods

omg yes! i’m 16 and went vegan 6 months ago but i went vegetarian when i was 14 from a family of HEAVY meat eaters. you can DEFINITELY do it and showing a lot of confidence and ambition about the cause to your parents helps a lot with persuading into letting you go vegan. i wish you the best please update!

Normally I wouldn't agree with this way of eating, but looking at it from another perspective: you never claimed it to be a healthy day of eating and you are showing how realistic and easy vegan eating can be, without intimidating people contemplating veganism by eating a 10-banana smoothie bowl. So thanks, everything looks delicious and easy!

Yesss “real” food! I don’t always have time/feel like eating an açai bowl for breakfast with ten different fruits and nuts and all kinds of veggies for lunch and dinner with no carbs and tiny ass portions lol.
